Young lady in the front desk was mean unhelpful when we asked to be on first floor as I have disability & have little dog. She said that the room already assigned and done this morning. She asked us to check in on a KIOSK machine right in front of her. Then later she changed our room. When we went to our room,the toilet doesn’t flush. And the room is very smelly and has a cracked. There’s no screen on the window so insects went inside the toilet. There’s a nail on the wall and lampshades were broken.when you use the shower and turned the lights there’s a big sounds that will drive your brains crazy. We can’t sleep in the room because of the sounds of the water from the toilet and the smells so we decided to leave early without even having breakfast. Office was still closed when we left. Then later we were charged for the room and we called to informed them that we only need to pay for resort fee and dog fee and Nancy said: Expedia only do the booking they don’t take payment so we have to pay them. I’ve been traveling local and international using Expedia, I’ve never heard that! So I was charged by Expedia and Twin Peaks Lodge and Hotsprings. This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever been. So Gross. Definitely not recommended.

This place was where i wish we had started our trip! We had such a nice time at Twin Peaks! Everything was just right there. I thought the room would be bigger but when they told me my pup was welcome to go wherever we went i didnt care about that! I hate for my dog to be left behind. The thing that will stay with me was the staff...they were all smiles! So kind and respectful and above and beyond helpfull! THEY were what made our stay there feel like a vacation and we were just on a two day getaway! It makes all the difference in the world for me to be greeted with kindness and smiles for the entire stay! I work in the short tern rental business and resort area and we stay at hotels/motels quite a bit and we dont get good "service with a smile" experiences much if at all anymore which is why i dont have "fond memories" of our stays with otber places. I cant say enough about how wonderful your staff were and we cant wait to stay again, soon!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs. The entire town of Ouray is so beautiful and the views surrounding the hot springs were incredible. Another nice perk was the breakfast buffet in the big sun room. We look forward to coming back!

We loved the hot tubs & pool all while enjoying the almost 360 degrees of beautiful Mountain View’s. Our room was spacious & the included breakfast buffet was also very nice.

This hotel is experiencing growing pains! It's going to be awesome- the new hot tubs and pools are beautiful, and the scenery is incredible. A few shortcomings: the rooms are falling apart- literally. The service is, well, bad (exception of Crystal in dining). Pools: like I said amazing, but attention needs to be paid to safety! Ice is hidden and dangerous. Child slipped on stairs and had bruised, scraped ribs. Hot springs Pools were, for several hours; cool. When you came for the hot springs this is a big disappointment. It was fixed but the larger pool never warmed up leaving many kids and parents bummed. We inquired as to the problem with the pools temperature and at first, they acted as if that was how they were supposed to be (we've been here before, that is untrue), once acknowledged, we were told the breaker was fixed and warming was underway, even offering a phone call when it was back to temp. Instead, we received a text saying that we were welcome to checkout without penalty. Huh? For both of our visits here, there have been about 3 of the 9 tubs closed for repair or cleaning. Directions for pool use is nonexistent. Many were covered and we had no idea if we were allowed to use that tub. We learned from other patrons that the elevated tubs are adult only. We even ventured into the new cave with sauna and steam room to later find out it isn't even open to the public yet but there was no signage for us to know that! Hopefully they read their reviews and improve
