"If a person can't relax in this cabin and its surrounding environment, they may need to examine a few things in their life :) It is quiet, secluded peace in a beautiful setting, and I'm so glad I (and my dog) got to experience it on our visit to Minnesota. We were lucky enough to see deer on one of our walks in the woods and also a heron fishing in reeds right outside the cabin, a huge owl, and a beaver waddling along on the grass on its way back to the creek. Plus many, many birds including haunting loon calls.The cabin was clean with a very comfortable king-sized bed. We had every necessity we wanted and were very happy in our seclusion. I felt like I was in my own private world, and it was exactly what I needed. The short drive to Crosslake for a pickup order at Pine Peaks was very pretty (good food too). Nathan is a great host and my messages were answered very quickly. This would also be a great place for a family to stay! I loved being in this space! My only regret was I didn't have time to enjoy my "forget the real world" life for a bit longer. Guess I will have to go back - maybe in the autumn when the woods will be gorgeous :)"

"We had the absolute best weekend! Matt and Renae were gracious hosts who communicated everything perfectly before our arrival. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth. It was a picturesque 'up north' getaway, and having the pontoon was such a fantastic bonus for enjoying the spring sunshine. 110% recommend!"

"Cabins are clean and kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Towels and linens provided . Cabins are outdated, but nice layout and clean. Will stay here again."

"Wonderful place to stay. Location is great, the cabin is cozy, and it has just about everything one needs to enjoy some time away whether it be solo or with the family. Once the trip was booked it really felt like I was simply going up for a weekend at MY cabin. It was easy to find thanks to excellent directions from Kyle and Deborah, I knew the door code without having to rifle through an app or a website, and the set up just felt like a home away from home. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
