Good hotel and location

Stayed here twice, nicest staff of any of the extended stays in Overland Park. Wal-Mart grocery store and decent places to eat all within walking distance. 2 minutes from highway.

Desapointed

We had stayed at this hotel in the past but I don't know if they have changed management the service in general wasn't the same .. Even when I communicated at the front desk the conditions of cleanest in the room it didn't work , however one of the guys who I believe was an assistant manager he tried the first night putting us in a different room but basically was the same.. We didn't have a good experience unfortunately.

Dirty room, terrible staff attitude

I was charged extra for being changed rooms due to ours having dirty bedding and the room smelled. Also when I asked to see a confirmation paper the manager gave me serious attitude.

Will stay again

One of the best Extended Stays I have stayed at. Very quick on taken care of any need we had. Will stay here next time in area. Breakfast could have more items but overall great place to stay.

I left tired and hungry.

Ugh, I hate saying anything negative in reviews, but.... The good: price, location and the guy when we checked in at 9pm was nice. WiFi was decent. The bad: the smell. It's a non smoking facility, but the entrance, halls, and our room reeked. The advertised breakfast was a smattering of carb laden prepackaged goods. The a/c was right next to the bed, so sleeping was next to impossible with it cycling. Hubby had to put the comforter at the bottom of the door to block light and noise. We just needed a decent place for sleeping, but this had potential and ultimately fell short.

Great for a week stay

Perfect for the price. No extras, but that's sort of what you pay for. The two ladies st the front desk were super friendly and helpful.
