The hotel lobby had no one there when I arrived. It said to call using a phone that was broken. Okay, so I can get over there. I walk into the Bathroom. There is a dirty used wash cloth hanging from the tub. I find a towel that looked like it needed to go through the dryer again. Also, the sheets, yeah. Overall, I would never recommend anyone stay at this old, dirty hotel.

Nice hotel in Overland Park

We were a little weary when booking after reading the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean and so was our room, it was set up like a studio apartment with a kitchen and everything. Very nice place for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and location

Stayed here twice, nicest staff of any of the extended stays in Overland Park. Wal-Mart grocery store and decent places to eat all within walking distance. 2 minutes from highway.

Desapointed

We had stayed at this hotel in the past but I don't know if they have changed management the service in general wasn't the same .. Even when I communicated at the front desk the conditions of cleanest in the room it didn't work , however one of the guys who I believe was an assistant manager he tried the first night putting us in a different room but basically was the same.. We didn't have a good experience unfortunately.

Dirty room, terrible staff attitude

I was charged extra for being changed rooms due to ours having dirty bedding and the room smelled. Also when I asked to see a confirmation paper the manager gave me serious attitude.

Not bad
