Desapointed

We had stayed at this hotel in the past but I don't know if they have changed management the service in general wasn't the same .. Even when I communicated at the front desk the conditions of cleanest in the room it didn't work , however one of the guys who I believe was an assistant manager he tried the first night putting us in a different room but basically was the same.. We didn't have a good experience unfortunately.

Dirty room, terrible staff attitude

I was charged extra for being changed rooms due to ours having dirty bedding and the room smelled. Also when I asked to see a confirmation paper the manager gave me serious attitude.

Great for a week stay

Perfect for the price. No extras, but that's sort of what you pay for. The two ladies st the front desk were super friendly and helpful.

First thing I saw was a large spider in the bathtub. Not something that makes you feel good about sleeping there.

Hotel OK

Our experience was OK with the exception of a couple of things. The room was adequate with comfortable recliner, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. The location was near our family and convenient to restaurants and to the interstate.. We unfortunately had a room next to the balcony to the lobby and we could hear voices and the banging of the lobby door every time someone came in. Finally at 12:30 AM we turned on our air unit fan to try and drown out the frequent door banging. The "Free Continental Breakfast" described as "Grab and Go" at check in consisted of packaged granola bars and instant oatmeal packets with hot water and two pots of coffee that were both empty..
