You had to ask for towels and then ran out I didn't consider the continental breakfast what I have had they had no decaf coffee regular to strong just had breakfast bars some muffins sometimes had to ask for cookware and silverware and utensils some staff nice others not all and all stay was ok

Slow maintenance?

Pros: Nice bigger than normal room. Bed was comfortable, got a good nights sleep. AC was probably one of the quietest we have had in ages.
Cons: TV should be in sitting room to make bedroom area quieter. Plenty of room to do that.
Location: Off of the main highway far enough for quite night. No side street traffic. Probably one of best location you could have for minimal traffic noise.
Room had not yet been cleaned at 5:30 PM. Had to go down to desk for towels (Really? No towels?) No drinking glasses, another trip down to desk. Almost out of toilet paper, they actually brought that up to the room.

terrible

Someone other than myself tried to enter room with a key at 2:30 am luckily security latch on door no working elevator I'm legally disable was placed on 3 rd floor

I'm normally not one to complain. However the staff here were very rude, unprofessional and incompetent. I would not recommend anyone staying here. It may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. I was very disappointed.

Place to sleep

Pros: Close to our event for the weekend
Little disappointed there were no cooking utensils in the room. Also found a pair of socks in the closet. Cleaning crew just did a spot check

Overall a terrible experience. Booked room on line. Arrive to location they overbooked so I had to get two separate rooms. They charged me for both even though they overbooked. Staff not frIendly. Front counter never was attended. Room not cleaned once in 4 days. No towels. Had to plunge my own toilet because to staff on duty. I would shut this place down. Horrible

A nice hotel with a few missing amenities.

Pros: I liked the bed very much. The mattress was very comfortable!
Cons: I think that a more helpful staff would be a good thing and having the kitchen fully stocked. There could be phonebooks and other literature.
Location: The hotel was easy to find but we didn't have a clue what was nearby unless we drove around.
When we checked in , I asked for a list of nearby churches and were told that they didn't have one. We got settled and I called the front desk and asked for a phone book because there wasn't one the room but I was told they didn't have any!!! Actually there was no literature at all. I checked out the kitchen and there was nothing to cook with. No pots and pans, no dishes and cups or glassware and no silverware. I was very disappointed because I wouldn't be able to cook anything to take to the graduation party we were going to attend.

Never again!!!

The rooms were dirty. The night manager checked 3 rooms before he gave me a room and they were dirty at 5:30 pm. The room he gave me was dirty as well so I checked out without staying. The manager apologized and said I would get a refund. So far no refund!

Rude Staff

The room was adequate but the service was horrible. Slow to check in and check out. When I requested a copy of the receipt the front desk emaployee refused to give me one and refused to give me information on the rate I was being charged. He was very rude. He was unfriendly and rude at check in and was the same way upon checking out.
