Badly needed update

The only good thing I can say about our room is that it did appear clean. It was in desperate need of an update. The carpet was so rippled as to the point of being a tripping hazard. We were unable to take a shower as there was no hot water. One of the bathroom walls had been partially painted, there was some kind of broken bracket attached to the wall, and the hair dryer was busted to the point that I would have been afraid of an electric shock if attempting to use. Didn't try breakfast...afraid to.

Excellent comfort

Best bed and pillows this side of Kansas!. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Was pleasantly surprised 😀

Room was dirty and not well kept. Toilet paper roll was empty. Refrigerator honestly smelled like some sort of animal may have died in it. Room 148 btw.

Very nice place, but housecleaning needs some help

Pros: Location, appearance, and staff.
Cons: Room cleaning.
Location: Suburb of KC. Near local colleges.
Very nice property in a nice area. All employees very friends, and breakfast was very good. Some minor housekeeping problems: didn't dust, and didn't replace used coffee cups.

breakfast wasnt very good. not much to choose from. ended up going out to a restaurant yhe second morning.

Quit hotel in busy area

Other than wifi problems it was a great place to stay during my conference. I would stay there again.
