I loved the proximity of the hotel to everything I needed & wanted, from the church to eateries & shopping. The hotel staff are very friendly & attentive to guests. I can’t imaging considering another hotel when I'm back in Oviedo.

The hotel has the best location in Oviedo. Reception desk staff has very poor service skills and are inexperienced, also not interested in guests having a pleasant stay. The beds are not comfortable. Cleaning staff is really good.

One night in Olviedo
Javier @ the front desk was excellent and helped me out in understanding the local footprint. Roberto @ breakfast went out of his way to secure my food preference. I needed 1 night due to a stop over and glad I came here. Safe, secure and clean. Breakfast is basic. Roberto made sure the food station was kept clean. I felt like family here

Central historic modern
Leisure trip with my wife. First time in Oviedo. Hotel is central to historic area of Oviedo, close to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. We drove into Oviedo. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, you can park on Calle San Francisco even though the road and sidewalk look similar. Then after checking in, you can park at nearby underground parking garage. If you’re a light sleeper note that the drapes don’t block all light (unlike most hotels). The elevator though modern and fast is narrow. It makes a difference if you have check-in size luggage, only one person can fit with big luggage. We had no issues since we have carry one size luggage.

Nice…but..
Nice rooms. Friendly reception. I would say when my room ticket said enjoy breakfast, it made me think breakfast was included. But it wasn’t. I’d suggest advertising that it’s available for purchase on the room ticket to avoid confusion. The room was very clean except for the large amount of mold in the bathtub.

Overall a good hotel with helpful Reception team. Breakfast ok. Surprised dinner not available in the dining room - made use of supper via room service. Arrangement with nearby parking worked ok incl 20% discount. Hotel is very well located for all the main central sites in a lovely city.

Comfortable stay, good location.
Our room was spacious, bed and bedding was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We parked in a nearby public carpark under the plaza, and received a discount from the hotel. The location is very central, close to restaurants, shops, and the park. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located with nearby parking. Staff were friendly and room was nice. It was quite warm and I couldn't cool it but other than that I had a pleasant stay.
