The staff were excellent. Since a storm was expected, I was allowed to stay in the lobby and my room was ready earlier than expected.

Not a good night sleep at all. They rented the pool out to a group for a party and they were super loud between 2-4am. I called the front desk multiple times and there was no answer. Finally around 4:00am someone answered and told me the group was gone- but they were still making noise. When I let the front desk know at check out, they said they were “sorry”. As was I.

Lax maintenance triggered epileptic migraine.
Light over hot tub was broken and flashed like a strobe light and gave me a migraine, so I laid down on a mattress for a nap... Holy uncomfortable. Drove home that same night, with my head pounded and my back searing. Won't go back. Strobe lights are required by law to have a warning for epileptics. If it was a strobe light, then it wasnt labeled, which violates the ADA. And if it wasn't a real strobe, then it's a broken light that could cause epileptics to have migraines and/or seizures because of lax maintenance.

I am certainly sorry for your experience with the lighting above the hot tub in your room. We do not have any strobe lights in the hotel and we will definitely be changing the light bulb that is causing the issue!

Ok, probably not stay again though
The hotel was clean, friendly. But dated and needed repairs. Normal little things. Hire a maintenance person. I have photos on my phone but not laptop. Basic repairs needed....

Thank you for staying with us...and let me update you on the hotel. We have recent new owners and are in the process of updating the hotel. In the last few short months we have completely renovated the pool, are in the process of new flooring in the sleeping rooms, new mattresses are due in Feb and we are updating a host of things in the sleeping rooms. Updates and repairs ara all underway and we are very excited!!

This is the 2nd time we stayed and it was very nice. The only thing was the fridge didn’t run very cold and the bed sagged. But I would definitely stay there again.

The stay was fine - the room was clean and comfortable. There were just some quirky things - the toilet seat was a different shape than the toilet, the mattress was a king but the headboard was a queen or smaller, so the headboard didn’t extend the whole width of the bed.

Fine for what we needed
Maybe rough around the edges but was perfectly fine for what we were needing. Our sheets hadn't been changed from the last visitor but we just asked for fresh ones and they were able to take care of the issue. Breakfast was fine. They had what you needed. Best part for us was that they have a sauna. Can't be many places out there that have walk-in saunas by their pools. That was really nice after a long day to use the pool, hot tub, and sauna to wind down.

I see a lot of hotels are going to hardwood floors, it was ok but I prefer carpet. 1 thing that I did like was that their was the option to get a Heggies pizza that they cooked for us. I thought that was much better than was much better than candy and chips machines. Because of my diabetes

If i could rate this hotel/motel with a 0 i would. I secured the room Aug 22nd. When i arrived Sept 1st they did not have my reservation. I showed them my expedia confirmation, they did not allow me to check in without paying a 2nd time. Horel was disgusting, sheets were sticky, room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned in months. People congregating around my vehicle for hours after 10pm. Seriously thoughr i could possibly be attacked. I did not feel safe at all!

We checked in and they told us they were having hot water problems. Don’t know if we will have a hot shower tomorrow or not. 😩 We also went to our room and someone was still using the room . We were given a different room and it seem fine.
