Great value for the quality of the property. I have stayed at almost all of the motels in Albert Lea and I would rank this property the best! Good price point, very good breakfast.

Room was nice, clean and service excellent, but mattress was lumpy and sagged to middle. Was in a room with single bed, and requested a room change. Second room has two beds, one mattress was again tired and lumpy/saggy, the second mattress was better though not great.... seems mattress upgrade is overdue.

Impressive breakfast in range of menu, cleanliness, ‘real’ dishes, The quiet hours speak to a commitment to the adult traveler. Beds were comfortable.

It took about 15 to 20 min to get checked in Two staff members were having a hard time doing this one of them said they had a new program to work with regarding checking 3rd party’s in. We would have reserved through website like we normally do but wasn’t available option

The hot tub needs a scrub down or a paint job. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was never available and when you rang for service, they were irritated to come to the front desk. Breakfast was a miss, but had SO much potential! They had gravy, but no biscuits. Eggs, but out of any kind of meat. When asked, it would be about 15 minutes until sausage would be available. The waffle bar had all kinds of fixing and was great! The fruit was bananas and they were 3 days past bring edible. It’s a great location. Used to have great luck, but it needs a refresh/ update/ deep clean and customer service training.
