We get to our room and it had not been cleaned dirty slept in beds, dirty fridge and dirty bathroom (pee all over toilet) we had to wait 2 hours before we could use our room to get ready for our event and was almost late to it. I asked for a refund but have not received any info from anyone and manager will not call me back

Very clean and quiet. Lovely helpful staff and good breakfast. Pool is a little old as well as hot tub but hot tub was hot and relaxing. Room was excellent!

Very nice stay
The hotel was nice and clean. Even with the amount of kids staying during a weekend trourniment we were happy to say it was quiet. The breakfast was very well staffed and kept clean.

The breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. Swimming pool was not heated when we were in. Hot tub wasn't working when we arrived but did get fixed while we were there. Room and number of beds worked well for us which is sometimes hard for us to find. Not a pretty surrounding area, but in a very convenient area with a good price. Would stay there again.

Decent motel but dated
Stay was hood. Just needed an overnight stay with decent bed and clean room. Overall it was average. The place needs updating. Electrcal plug-ins were minimal and added multi plugins were mostly useless because they wouldn't hold a plug to recharge phones, etc. As with older motels, they don’t have ample plugins at the nightstand for cpap machines, so the clock had to be unplugged.

Staff was friendly and competent. Things are looking a little worn but upgrades are in progress as new carpet was being laid while we were there. Breakfast was great! I am glad that Choice Hotels has decided to bring back what was enjoyed and expected prior to the pandemic.

no ice in the machines, on 3 where our room was not on 2. but there was some on 1. Lock to the door didn't always function properly. Room was clean, breakfast was good and the lady in the breakfast room was a very hard worker. kept busy and kept everything well stock. food was good.

Rented three rooms with full size beds for adults and sofa beds for children. One sofa bed had no sheets, blankets or pillow. Two sofa beds had dirty used linens - the sheets blankets and pillow looked like someone crawled out of bed and folded it up. Housekeeping did not check those beds or put fresh linens on them. Front desk staff provided clean linens but they were for the full size beds. Nothing was provided to clean or disinfect the mattresses. Only excuse was that they were short on housekeeping staff. Another couple at the front desk said their sofa bed was dirty also.

Nice place to rest your head.
The room was clean and comfortable. I believe we were put in an accessible room since we checked in so late. It was spacious for 6 people. The pool was decent and they have a working hot tub. There was some construction in a hall leading to the pool, but not detrimental to access it. The night desk lady was super sweet and helpful. The breakfast area was super clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We booked 3 night. They tried tonchrge us twice forbthe 3rd night. Then kocked us out. Was told our account with them was changed 6 different times after we checked in by staff, we were never spoken to. Made us lose half of our Holiday World vacation time. I would not recommend. Worst experience ive ever had at a hotel.

BBQ fest stay
The stay was very comfortable. The hotel employees were pleasant. There was no carpet in the hallway outside our room, i guess they were doing work on the hotel, but with no carpet we heard every sound out in the hallway when we were trying to sleep. All in all it was a nice place.
