Book for 4 nights, stayed for 3 nights and then they got their electricity shut off. They offered no other hotel accommodations and basically expected you to stay the night in the dark with no electricity or heat.

Property is not updated, there are not any fantastic amenities and we used the hotel room just to lay our heads down while traveling. The 1st room the toliet didn't work and a brown sludge was on the toliet lid. 2nd room only the lights in the bathroom and over the sink worked. Electricity went out at some point in the night for several seconds resetting the digital tv channels so had to rescan to set those back up. The toliet seat in the 2nd room was only held on by one knob so it slid left and right. Staff was nice. This location is near a hospital so you hear ambulance sirens... a LOT!

Tv didnt work, carpet wasnt vaccuumed, chairs were ripped and had mysterious stains, no phone in room, no smoke detectors, no coffee cups, half used roll of toilet paper. And the wifi is trash and theres bad cell service in the area

They have a hidden fee they do not discuss. They charge you an extra $50 deposit and hold it for 5 days.

Front desk hospitality could use improving,
The room was very nice and clean. Front desk person acted like she did not want to be bothered. My husband has a disability and I feel she treated him in a rude and condescending way. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful.

Not all check in times are equal
The website stated that check-in time was 9:30 AM. I specifically left Canada at the right time to get to the hotel by 10 AM. They said check in was 3 PM, so if I wanted to check in at 10 AM I needed to pay a $40 early Check-in fee. Not very happy about that.

DO NOT STAY! First room we were put in looked like it belonged in a horror flick. All lights and the phone were unplugged, so room was very dark, and the door was missing the latch for the lock! Staff did relocate us, and the second room was better in those aspects, so we reluctantly spent the night. In the morning, we discovered a left over soap bar from a previous guest in the shower. We skipped showering and got out ASAP. I asked for a refund at the front desk due to being unhappy with our stay, but was told they couldn't since we already stayed the night. Manager was supposed to call and talk with me, but never did.

The clerk told me to book thru Expedia over the phone. So Idid. When I arrived he asked for my credit card for $50 deposit (after I paid thru Expedia). When I took issue with this, he assured me he would not charge my card. When I got to my room and checked my account he charged my card $72! On top of what I already paid Expedia. Expedia wouldn't let me cancel. I'm extremely unhappy and feel robbed!

Started off being informed that there would be no free breakfast and the tv wasn't working. Gave me a room in the back which was run down and dirty. Had a hole in the wall of the bathroom. Ask for non-smoking and it was obvious that someone had smoked in the room. I've stayed at this hotel last year and was surprised at how run down it had become. Was in town for a festival and didn't feel I could stay somewhere else or I would have left immediately. Surprised Ramada is associated with it.

Do not book a stay here, it is not what is advertised. You might assume a Ramada by Wyndham would be decent and the website would give you the same impression. EVERYTHING was either broken, out of order, or not being offered. No dinning, no breakfast, public restrooms were out of order, the cable was out of order, the ice machines out of order, and the pool as well. Although our room appeared to be clean, all of the other issues make me wonder how much attention is being given to that as well. This place is barely operational. Do not stay here!!!

They made a copy of my drivers license and my debit card. why would they need to do that. Plus the charged a fifty dollar deposit on top of we paid for the room. someone had smoked in the room and it smelled really bad. Nothing worked, The pool was not open the restaurant was not open, no free breakfast as advertised. The ice machine did not work, the vending machines were empty. The light switches in our room didn't, nor did the alaem clock.

A Mixed Bag
A one night stay on the way home. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly but a little disorganized. Had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot; which was good as there is no breakfast offering or coffee pot in lounge/office area. The room was in definite need of renovation, worn furnishings & fixtures; with odd layout (as soon as you entered room there was the bathroom sink and an ironing board against the wall next to the entry door). But, as noted, everything was clean so an okay place to spend one night while traveling through.

Very nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very nice and personable. We had a small issue with the attached restaurant, but it was quickly fixed, and the food was amazing.

Needs Help
The hotel is really old and what remodeling that has been completed is less than ideal. My main concern is that there was supposed to be a morning breakfast but was not, due to supply chain issues. I understand things happen but this was a disappointment and they had not plans on resolving this issue.

Absolute worst stay I’ve had in a very long time. Stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was infested with ants. When we brought it up to the front desk they offered a whole $20 for the inconvenience, I had to throw away over $20 worth of food so that was a slap in the face. Then me nor my husband are smokers yet they charged us $200 additional for smoking in the room. Drains don’t drain properly, bed is uncomfortable, whole upstairs smells like mold and weed.
