Won't Be Staying Here Again

Booked this hotel 3 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the owner said the non-smoking room we had requested was unavailable, because we had booked a smoking room. Even after showing him the confirmation, he insisted that we could only have a smoking room. Only after we went out into the parking lot to call about finding a different hotel did he come out and tell us he had miraculously found a non-smoking room for us. Will not be staying here again. Poor customer service. Rooms have sagging floors.
