Good place to stay. Train whistyle was a bit too much 530 am every morning, but still a very nice place.

Stayed in this hotel three days and was very pleased with the service I received would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

Enjoyable Stay

Pros: The location and convenience
Cons: Had no regrets or problems with the accommodations
Location: Played golf on Saturday morning at Cider Ridge and attended my high school reunion that evening in Oxford.
The room was excellent and the staff was superb. I would recommend this Fairfield Inn to anyone. I was there for my 50th year high school reunion and have no regrets over the selection of your motel. The breakfast was as good as I could have gotten from most restaurants. Will look forward to staying there again.

They held the exact handicap room I requested for me. I needed a walk in shower. Jennifer was great when I checked in - she even carried my luggage to my room and offered to move my car around closer to the nearest door. I have never had service like this before.

The hotel appears new. Fresh and modern decor, welcoming. Facilities are well maintained and exterior looked great. Staff was friendly.

Not what I expected

Checked in after 10PM & checked out less than 4 hours later after finding blood on the sheets, pillow cases & in the shower. Notified the hotel staff at checkout & was told the manager would be informed. Haven't heard a word from the hotel manager & will not be staying here again.

I am also sorry I was not available at the time you checked out to speak with you as I would have liked to resolve this to both our satisfactions. This was not the stay we had hoped for you. I have addressed this with our head of housekeeping to make sure such an incident never happens again.
