The AC did not work, I called to tell them that our room is hot, and they provided an old school box fan, like really!! I paid to much for my stay to have to receive an fan, instead of providing us with another room. I called the next day to tell them the room was still was hot, so the clerk stated "so the fan isn't cooking the room off", obviously not if I'm calling ( I didn't say that, but that was my thoughts). So I had to tell them my kids was hot and very uncomfortable and I had to ask for another room. They should have done that from the beginning, but it should've been offered by them. At check out, they didn't offer a credit or even a free one night stay on hotels.com account. They was very disappointing.
