The staff was very nice and my room was quiet. My only complaint was that my coffee in my room was decaf and I did not discover that until the morning when I went to make it. Overall, a very nice stay.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection of breakfast items. There were some problems with my room. Half the lights in the bathroom were inoperative. The vanity counter top was coming loose from its fitting. The desk chair always sank to the lowest level when I was sitting in it and there wasn't any other chair to sit in. When the AC/heater vent was on, the curtain stood away from the window. It was very quiet in the hotel, even though it was very full each night. The hotel is conveniently located. I would stay there again if travelling in the area. The furniture is starting to show its' age from useage.

The property is old. There was rust on the lamp and the bathroom fixtures. Very humid - our clothes were wet. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Unless I didn’t have another viable option I would not stay here again.

Out of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in Oxford, this was the cleanest. The room did have a moldy smell and I found a hair in the sink. Again, much, much better than the two other hotels. I would probably stay here before I would stay in the “exceptional” hotels. It was a good deal and the front desk people were very nice.

This place is not safe. I had a bad experience in the elevator with a guy to tried to grabbed my shopping bags.away my hands. Not security After that I felt not safe.

I talked with the guest and also talked with the person that wanted to help her with us packages. I did apologize and told the guest we never have problems and I assured her that we have employees who wall the halls at different times of night.

The room had a bathroom door that didn’t shut. Told the front desk and they moved us to a smaller room. Room was still okay just wish we could have had the same size room.

My room was dirty. Floors in bathroom had not been swept/ mopped, bathroom counter was dirty and has dried rice on it. A/C didn’t work properly, and looked moldy. Direct TV went out for a bit during our stay. Some breakfast items were unavailable due to broken equipment.

It had a funny smell the ceiling fan had dust on it the carpets in the hallway had big spots needs to be cleaned the coffee maker in the room has pack that has all of the accommodations that you need for your coffee in plastic but they just put the sugar stir stick back off in the cup without it being in the plastic so that means that the previous customers had opened it and didn’t use it so they just put it back in there for the next person to use.

The young lady at check in was the least friendly receptionist I’ve encountered. While not being outright rude, it was clear she didn’t want to be there. The hot breakfast set up was awkward and required using both hands while balancing your plate on a narrow ledge. When inevitable spills occurred the hotel breakfast attendants muttered and fussed about it continuously. Also, was hard to sleep due to constant street noise and a continuously running toilet.

This hotel had an odor in the hallway that smelled like a soiled pamper. The sheets made me itch, the room smelled stale, and there was urine stains on the side of the toilet; it wasn’t cleaned properly.
