Pool closed Been closed for atleast a month Should have read the reviews before paying $200 for a hotel without a pool . Child very disappointed. Please put pool closed on ur sites before u false advertising that u have a pool . I’ll never return to holiday inn. Been better off at motel 8

I would like to apologize for the issues that you had while you were at our hotel. We have had our pool closing on our website, and on our welcome letter through IHG. I appreciate you letting me know that this message is not getting through to the third party sites. We hope you give us the opportunity to prove our commitment to your comfort while you are at our hotel. Our contractor has given us a timeline of 6 to 8 more weeks for the pool to be repaired, due to the availability of the pool parts.

The pool is broken and apparently has BEEN closed all though there is nothing posted anywhere on the property or online that says so.

Well The pool was closed saying covid ?. The room smelled. At check in i waited 10 min with someone behind the computer with out even looking up to say anything. Area around the hotel was littered with trash looked like it has been there for years. Bathroom fan cover was clogged with lint, Not cleaned in months. No Room service no staff. The only reason we booked the hotel was for the indoor pool. It has been closed for at least a year and no remarks to let anyone know its closed.

I apologize that you were not made aware of our pool being closed. The pool is closed due to an air handler issue. We hope to get it back up and running in the next month. Unfortunately, it is not worth the price. This hotel is fairly new & already needs updating. Safety was a HUGE issue. We discovered a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell and they were random people walking around. We will never stay here again.

Good: Included breakfast had a very nice selection and was tasty, front desk at check-in was very nice, parking close to entrance, stocked bathroom supplies, felt safe Bad: Hair in the bed, food on the remote, loud and obnoxious national guard guests acting like they were on spring break being completely oblivious to others staying at the hotel at all hours, pool closed with no notice, front desk not dealing with loud people after hours, bed too soft Overall, disappointing, but supposedly the best hotel in the area.

The workers at the front desk were WONDERFUL. They were so nice and helpful. My main complaints are that the pool was closed. I chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool…and it wasn’t even open.
