The beds were good. Bathroom needs some work. The shower drained was not working properly.

My stay was not good because upon arrival I was asked to provide a credit card so that they could charge incidental fees of $25.I would not receive that $25 back after check out. There was no notice online prior to making this payment. And the payment had to be on a card but i used paypal to book and had no visible card. I could not offer $25 cash. So I was refused my room.

Sorry about your confusion we have our incidental policy listed on our brand website as well as at the front desk. We do not have any control over third party websites such as hotels.com, we have put in several requests to have this policy be reflected but to this day we have not had any luck. Our normal policy as advertised is actually $50.00, but have at the hotel level have only $25.00. This is for security and money is returned from our side once you check out, it is the issuing credit/debit card bank which holds your funds in pending to be put back to your account and has nothing to do with hotel. We are sorry you did not stay with us, but hopefully in future you will reconsider. thank you

Didn't try to meet my special requests at all. Put me in an awkward area of the hotel. Room door was already open when I walked in. The attendant said, "probably by maintenance..." Then charged for a different amount than my reservation...

We understand your frustration with our beds being high, but please understand these are brand new mattresses and are required per our brand's rules and regulation, and in this case our hands were tied for what else we could use.
