This place on on the Tred Avon River with great views and across the street from the Robert Morris Inn, which has good food. It is dated and probably a two and half star hotel without the view and a 3 star with the view.

The property and facilities are well maintained,and every possible need is supplied..they even had a wine opener which was a nice touch. the only minus we noticed was the musty smell in the rooms. However, I appreciated the extra touches overall.
