"Central to shoreditch "
After a lengthy wait at reception we got checked in deluxe room sleeps 4, still stripped back in true ace style. Has everything you could need. The lobby is a sea of mac users so don't expect conversations! But go outside and explore and plenty can be had in crazy shoreditch!

"Elegant hotel, excellent staff but small rooms "
Stayed here recently for a work trip and was v pleasantly surprised. Really tasteful, clean decor and super charming desk staff. Hotel is in converted regency building so rooms are compact and hallways cramped. But overall this is great hotel. There is a lot of Spanish touches thanks too - very continental feel. Lovely bar/tapas menu. Short walk to local tubes and Hyde Park a few mins stroll. One thing - the wifi (I was on floor 4) is a bit hit and miss - not great if you're on business but elsewhere in the hotel it was good.

This was an amazing hotel. The FLOWERS! Unreal. The entire hotel is amazing. Do eat at Massimo at the hotel and do High Tea under the Baccarat Chandelier. Amazing.

"Easy and convenient to get to."
I booked this hotel, as I had an early morning hospital appointment. The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful. Telling us how to get to the hospital across the road using the subway and where we could get some food. The room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A TV, double bed and en suite, also a strong complimentary WiFi connection.

"Great for large groups and families"
I was travelling with an aunt, my mom, 3 kids, and an uncle so having several beds was key without breaking the bank by booking multiple rooms. This hotel was great for providing many different options for us. We had a 1 bedroom suite that had 2 single beds as well as 2 queen sofa beds in the living room. For my aunt and uncle who requested separate beds, they upgraded us to a single bed, queen bed + queen sofa bed studio. The rooms as a results were quite cramped with the sofa beds open but we didn't mind given the convenience of being able to all stay in the same room. We loved stopping for snacks and breakfast items at the local Marks & Spencer at the Whiteley mall a couple of blocks down as well as being able to get to the underground within 3-4 minutes of walking. On our last day, we walked over to Kensington Palace and enjoyed a nice stroll through the park. It was only a 10 minute walk away. It was a pity that the older people in my party weren't comfortable riding bikes as there were 2 street bicycle rental stations nearby. The bus lines to get to the marble arch, picadilly circus, oxford circus and the theatre district was also just outside of the Kensington/Hyde park area so we were able to get around so easily. The kitchenette was handy for heating up pastries and storing some drinks we kept on hand. I would gladly return to this location.

"Great place"
This hotel is a great place to stay if you're traveling to London. It's very convenient to oxford street, covent garden, and chinatown. If you coming from Heathrow you can either get off at Holborn or Covent Garden station. And also, from London City Airport is very convenient too. The hotel room is very spacesous and the staffs are wonderful.

"My 5th time in this hotel"
Once again I chose this hotel for my 4 day trip to London. Unfortunatly Lancaster Gate tube staition closed untill middle of June. But Paddington is around 7 minutes walk and bus stops just in the corner of the hotel. As to me the hotel is rather good and pleasing.

It was a good experience. However the toilet was too close to the bath. Carpet on the floor could be better and bath towels are abit out a date for the hotel rating.
