Supper noisy! couldn't fall asleep for the whole night!”

“I did like the place is so nice next to the beach the only thing I didn’t like is that it gets hot in the living room and kitchen because they don’t have A/C”

“The property was clean, and the location was excellent. Communication with the host was outstanding—she responded to our questions very quickly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great long weekend. The property is exactly as described and very clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were two couples, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the wonderful fire pit for quiet evenings. Would highly recommend and would rebook if I am ever in the area again. ”

“This is definitely a cute little place to stay. Great proximity to the beach and kind of cool to be so close to the Naval base. The host was wonderful and responsive. The property is definitely older and could use some updating in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, there is definitely some deferred maintenance that should be taken care of.Overall a nice experience though.”

“Property is big enough to accommodate large families. It is in a central location and easy to get to. House does not have air conditioning and there were many other minor details noted but we were mostly away so it wasn't a big deal.”

“A great home base for our family weekWe spent the week here with six adults and two dogs, and the house worked extremely well for our group. There was plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded, and we loved being able to walk right over to the beach and harbor. The rooftop was a great place to wind down and soak in the views, and Zalman was quick and helpful whenever we reached out. A very enjoyable stay in Oxnard.”

“The property was amazing and the property manager was fantastic.”

“It was a fine nights stay for the price. The hotel was about as nice as you might expect for the cheap price in the area. Parking can be tight, especially if you arrive late or go out late. There are a few catches to be aware of when checking in and out 1) There is a 10 dollar parking fee. 2) The hotel key must be returned to get your 50 dollar deposit back. If you keep the key or simply drive away like people normally do, you will not get your deposit back.”
