The photos need updating. The hotel is in an area that is not real safe for families. Most guests are business people. The do have a descent free hot breakfast. Very few restaurants near by. Near main highway is a plus. Close enough to take Lyft to neighboring cities for dinner and sites

The smell of weed in the building was overwhelming. The staff was kind. The breakfast was mediocre. The proximity to national harbor was good for us but the area and stores surrounding the hotel is very run down with a lot of closed businesses. It did the job but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was attentive and engaged. They want to make you feel at home. The free breakfast had a bit of everything. The room, including the bathroom, were clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing that feel on its face was the poor cable tv. None of the channels worked. I used my phone's 5G to connect to my laptop for TV viewing.

We had an issue with our room but Janet at the front desk made it right. She immediately took care of the situation and got us a new room. She took great care of us and made sure that the rest of our stay was great.

This place is not bad. It’s just what you would expect from a cheap old motel. Kind of dingy, elevator, smell, like urine, hallway, has a smell like you still can’t identify, and the floors in my room, either have paint or a lot of debris from recent work being done. Bed has seemed clean and the bathroom. The shower are definitely tolerable. If you just need an inexpensive place to lay your head for a short day or two, this will definitely get the job done. But trust me no frills and nothing fancy.

Bathroom on main floor around the corner of check in was dirty & toilet would not flush. It was a locked bathroom...so that even made it a worse situation. The check-in area was bare & drabby....very unwelcoming. Made you want to turn around & leave, but unfortunately we had reservations. The good news was that the room looked newly renovated, even though it was very small for a queen bed.

I enjoyed my stay and i would stay here again. This hotel provided all of the basics that I wanted and everything was clean and typical. My room was quiet and i had no issues. The breakfast eggs are not real

Most everybody was very friendly. And the room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was a little rough. But I would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn again. I thought the price was very reasonable. And the breakfast is generous.
