“This is a very well situated hotel, near most everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of continental and local food. Their restaurants serve excellent quality food. We stayed for a week and didn't get bored with the food.
The only negative thing is their pool. It's small and doesn't serve any purpose. No sunshades and within a very small area. We had a problem when we checked in, they gave us a room prepared for single occupancy,...

“Excellent service as always. This is my fourth stay and Taj has not disappointed me. The courtesy shown by the forecourt staff Ilayaraja, Loganathan and Ishwar was wonderful. Check in and check out staff like Amit, Sruti, Currie, Jocelyn amongst others were exemplary. Nothing was too much for them. Govind and Satish in the gym and Kuppuswamy in breakfast stood out. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. I cannot stop praising their service. ”

“We had a fast check-in and the reception staff were really helpful. The bedroom, club room, was big and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom, a bit small. But all the amenities were provided.
The staff and the food were excellent and made up for the poor location of the hotel. It was impossible to go out walking anywhere and you needed a taxi to get around.”
