“Spent one night here after a 36 hour flight from Los Angeles. Very relaxing and recuperative resort with beautiful lush surroundings and a calm and beautiful pool. The spa is excellent and massages are top notch. Love the breakfast and afternoon tea. Make sure you stroll the grounds and listen for Peacok and multiple birds. Staff is so attentive. This resort is highly recommended.”

“Great location and hotel”

“The stay was equipped somewhat okay. We did miss two chairs inside our room. The pool was not very clean and some of the staffs were kind of passive and not very welcoming. Overall I would say the stay was okay but could do much better, given the other facilities available, including the adequate parking and the swimming pool.”

“The room was not clean, it had dirty & stained linen. Also, there was an issue with the usual cleaning of the room, I had requested my room to be cleaned at around 11.30 am, I went out of the hotel and got back at 5 pm and it was still not cleaned. When I asked, I was told that there were not enough staff. There was no shower gel in the room thoughtout the 2 nights I stayed, even after repeated requests/complaints. Had a bad experience overall.”

“Everything was ok”

“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked. The towels had big holes in them and basically were torn and the room walls are not very clean. The toilet paper had been soaked in water and was only partially available like about 25% of a toilet paper so it was not new. And the room was overall decent for the money paid but not ultra clean. The Worst was the deck chair that had black stains all over the yellow colour and basically I would not sit on it.”

“We took the premium cottage which was really big clean and bright. Vagator is pretty quiet compared to the other beaches close by, the location or the hotel is good but you’ll need a scooter if you wanna visit the area. The hotel rent scooter for 500₹ all included, they are in a very good shape. The staff was nice and helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the bathroom towels should be changed because they were stained and not white anymore. Despite of this I totally recommend……

“Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really……

“I wrote a review when I got there and am updating it. I really liked this resort especially the outdoors and staff. The food quality was diverse, breakfast had good choices. The swimming pool is excellent and kept clean. The reception area is a little crowded. Nice beaches within 10 to 15 minutes from the BLU. Its both a romantic place and also kid friendly. Hope to visit again.”
