"Friendly staff but property was run down."

"My bed was worn out in room 221. It needs to be replaced. It's soft at first then turns to a void. Not super terrible. My coffee pot was broken but they replaced it and the maintenance guy was super cool. Hotel has a hvac issue in the main areas. The 2nd floor had a odor, musty like the air wasnt circulating. These were not that bad though. The building needs some work but it was really a good stay."

"We did not like it breakfast, no coffee in the lobby, ice just on 5 and 9 floor. "

"The hotel was clean and updated/restored well! The staff was very attentive and friendly. Highlights were a cozy bed, great shower and walkable location. I recommend staying here!"

"The staff was excellent- friendly, professional, and thorough. The room was a disappointment. Holes in the wall, water damage, dirty lid to the ice bucket, flakes of something on the comforter, shower head seemed to Be near falling off the wall. Not a place I’ll stay again. "

"Dirty rooms. Smelt like cigarettes so bad. The blankets smelt. There were insects in the room dead. The bathroom was a mess with dust from construction. People were up all night arguing, banging on doors, dogs barking all night. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. "
