The floor and tub were very dirty. I decided to try to clean the tub a bit myself because I needed to give my daughter a bath. I’m glad I hadn’t let her get in yet because the hot water heater or boiler must have been turned up far beyond the safe setting. My wrist passed under the spout while I was scrubbing it and it burned my wrist. Luckily not enough to blister but hot enough to be red and raised. It was very noisy all night because of the traffic in and out of the neighboring properties and we were on the 2nd floor. The bolster pillows were pillong and leaving little balls off fuzz and lint all over the pillows and sheets that stuck to our clothes and hair. Unfortunately I would not stay here again even with the lure of being near the beach.

The Inn is in a beautiful location but needs lots of polish. It needs major TLC inside and out. Housekeeping and maintenance is non-existent. Front desk staff friendly. Fix the issues and we will stay there again!

The hotel is really nice me and my husband enjoyed our stay definitely will be back! The front desk staff are very friendly and recommended some restaurants for dinner to try!

Everything was lovely except the shower knob was very hard to use to make the temperature right, and I mean very hard. Fix that and everything would be fine.

The wifi did not work most of the night and the cable cut in and out. The staff members were polite. However, I had to ask for clean sheets because mine had sand and hair on them. The location is great and close to the beach.

Property needs a face lift. I like location and generally our room but stairways and walkways were shabby, stained and over worn. Part of our drapes in our room were hanging loose from their rod. A little effort would make this property what it should be.

I recommend this hotel. Very nice very clean and love the view from my room. I love sleeping/waking up to the sound of the waves. Really good to walk around.

The only thing I felt unsettling was the wooden stairs. Needs to be replaced, old Bathroom door looked like it was fixed terribly done. Wallpaper next to mirror looked like it was bubbling.

The elevator is out of order. Walking up 2 flights of stairs with luggage - not what I expected. This Inn is next to an “all night” dance club and you can hear the music and practically feel the vibration from your room.

At check in they did not tell us the WiFi was not working,TV service was out, and that the elevator was not working. The room itself was not very clean. No curtains only shutters so the street light shining through the window was like day light. Not to mention how loud the stairs were with everyone using them because the elevator didn’t work. I have stayed here multiple times in the past few months and I am very disappointed in this visit. Time to switch it up.

Room had alot of broken things like Window not opening, paint old and stains on things. Not very clean. Coffee and juice were supposedly offered at the front desk but when went to get some they said oh sorry they are not working right now. Cable tv would not work except 1 station

Everything about my stay it was do to the pleasant interaction I had with from desk Ariel, I believe is her name. She made my day better it was a hurricane season happening when we arrived so long story short she was welcoming and made every effort to turn our trip around. The room was nice we got the suite only thing is we were next to the ice machine so noise proofing could be better also there was no heat vents to the bathrooms so heat wasn’t going into the bathroom you would have to keep the door propped open to let heat or air inside the bathroom, overall it was nice. I would definitely stay there again and I plan on it all because of the front desk interaction I received thanks Ariel! Of course right next to the ocean front view also ease of access to dining but all restaurants were closed when I got there because of the storm no one to blame for that. I am sure it would’ve been all a great experience.

Stayed on second floor and the whole time it sounded like people were moving. Noises the whole time. Tv didn’t work had to crawl under desk to restart cable. Dirty windows for the ocean view. Terrible shower pressure. Parking too tight. If the sofa was moved the linoleum went with it.

We got a room on the 3rd floor that looked out at the ocean. The hotel has been renovated and everything was like brand new.

The hotel its self was cute but, our room was pretty dirty. There were hairs in the beds, the bathtub and refrigerator. The microwave didn’t smell great. The staff member when we checked in was in their pjs with ear buds in. Staff member wasn’t very professional and even laughed at the email provided. I had brought up the fact about the room not being cleaned properly but there was no compensation besides the removal of a 10$ parking fee..I had to ask for clean sheets. All around I would not stay here again and do not recommend.

We have stayed here several times. The rooms used to be immaculate but now they're a bit shabby. Some of the bedding had stains. They had to turn off all the water for a few hours yesterday but we werent notified, nor was any type of compensation offered. The staff are all really nice.

Checked in OK. First room—the TV didn’t work. The next room—the toilet didn’t flush. The third room was smaller than we had requested but everything worked and that’s where we stayed. The staff was very nice in trying to move us around to a room that worked. But it really wasn’t a great experience.
