Staff is extremely helpful and the food at the restaurant was delicious after a long day.

Good location,quiet,short walk to Padington

Pros: Clean,modern deco,nice staff
Location: Pubs and corner store on Chilworthnearby booked private taxi to LHR,cheaper than train from Pado for two people and luggage. Near Hyde Park
Rather limited menu,espec wine by glass Breakfast good,nice surroundings,a bit expensive

Excellent size rooms in central London

One of the first hotels to actually be of decent size and in central London. I would stay in this hotel again - they have 24hr room service and a gym (a bit small, but at least they have one)

Excellent staff and service

Pros: Staff and service
Cons: The rooms are tight, but thats part of the character.
Location: Great location near to Paddington station and a couple of local pubs. Its on a back street near some gardens so surprisingly quiet.
This is a very nicely renovated hotel in a great area, close to Paddington Station. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The staff were beyond amazing, trying to make everything as special as they could. I would stay here again!

Nice hotel .. convenient location

Hotel was located conveniently to Paddington Station and underground tube. It was easy to get to and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room though small was clean.

Great location, room a bit small but comfortable

Stayed for a weekend, location in a quiet area of Paddington. Just a short walk to the big blue bus tour line. Enjoyed the stay.

Great service, nice hotel

Staff was really friendly and helpful, not easy to travel with an 8 month old but they did help us in everyway they could, rooms are clean and washrooms are nicely renovated :)

The people make the difference

Pros: The employees.
Cons: Complimentary coffee like the US
Location: We were there to meet our newest grandchild and the location was great for us.
Since all the hotels in the area look exactly a like it is the employees that made the difference. These people put their customers first and go way beyond the norm. My wife stumbled going up one step at the entrance and one of the employees grabbed her avoiding a serious fall for a senior. Needless to say, we are indebted to those who took such good care of us.

Great location and great staff

The hotel was comfortable, albeit small. Very accommodating staff. Great location. 3 blocks from hyde park/kensington gardens. 8-10 min walk from Bayswater, Queenstown and Paddington underground. Very safe location. Lots of tourists. Great number of places to eat.

The room is quite complete...

Pros: The hotel was pretty close to everything.
Cons: Probably a new shower would help.
Location: 15-30 minutes is about 75 % of the things you want to see.
The only thing that I could say was in the bathroom. The tiles on the wall where a little to black... where the same things were wight at the top of the shower.
