So.... temper your expectations. This motel is OLD and shows all the signs of an aging property near the ocean. If you're looking for spotless tile grout and modern amenities, this isn't your place. However, if you're looking for a place to crash that's close to the beach, and you don't need fancy or even "nice", this is a good option. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding were adaquate. Property itself was quiet even though fully booked. Office staff were friendly and helpful. There's an italian restaurant next door, and on the other side is a Dollar General. As long as you have realistic expectations, its a good bargain property close to the beach and restaurants.

Go elsewhere, not worth your money
Check in was easy and typical. Booked the room for my 9yr old son and I... only received one bath towel with long black-ish hairs on it... we opted to use our beach towels. Beds were really firm and uncomfortable, my son said his back was sore when he woke up, and mine was too. This place is really dated and should not be priced anywhere near $200/night. We will not be returning to any OYO.
