“This property has a wonderfully helpful staff. The one person working gave us directions to where we wanted to go and was very kind. The linens were nice and soft. The bed comfy. Be aware that the penthouse suite is not what Americans would expect. It was the attic with slanted ceilings I bumped my head on. The advertised breakfast does not start at 8:00 and there is no hot water pot or coffee in the room or hotel. The advertised café and bar were not open at all. No one was present at 8:45 a.m.……

“A cosy tiny signal room with everything available. They even got a mini fridge so I can store food from supermarket. Location is easy to assess. Glad that they have an elevator cause my legs were super tired after the Camino. My room was facing a small courtyard so I got a good sleep in a quiet environment. I was happy to see a lovely rose in my room once I arrived. Everything was perfect.”

"Have requested a higher floor room, and I got then room in basement. The only room in basement, just next to laundry room. No reception no staff in the building. Only provide digit password for entering the building and room. Have asked them few times before arrived, how to get there and how to get into building and the room. Keep saying to wait until the check in time. No instructions can provide beforehand (please note I arrived late st night and no staff in the building) No one can help."
