So noisy all night, staff should have spoken to a few people. About 1am, a man was pounding on the door of a near by room, so hard, loud, and long I was concerned that the door was going to break!

Midnight staff was very polite. Other than that the property is outdated. The drink vending machine was broken, the shower is poorly done construction wise, the gym can barely be called a gym. It only has two pieces of equipment.

The room appeared clean. Had to move the chair/nightstand for plug in and the amount of dust and garbage particles was thick. The carpet is filthy, the bed appeared changed but sheets were so wrinkled you couldn’t tell. Pretty run down chipped and old furniture. Next to truck stop and very noisy. So disappointed in Radison.

This place was great no problems at all had a very nice indoor pool area and was about $50 less than the other hotels in this area that were of this quality.

We had unexpected overnight stay in Paducah. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a very pleasant experience. Rooms were clean! Breakfast was better than expected. Will stay there again if ever in the area.

When I first entered the lobby all I could smell was stale cigarette smoke. The appearance wasn’t terrible but you could tell this place was not as nice as others in the area. Once I got into the room I noticed several things, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, refrigerator didn’t work, TV remote was disgusting & didn’t work. When greeted by house keeping the morning of check out, I again was run over by the stench of stale cigarette smoke. This room worked for the night however, I’ve crossed this place off my list of places to return.

Not that great.
The front desk staff were not friendly. The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The carpet had not been vacuumed before our arrival. Still had leaves and small pieces of trash on the floor.

The television, plumbing and air conditioning were broken. The mattress was warn out. The staff was of no help whatsoever. The experience was what I might expect at a vagrant motel at $20/night. They continue to not respond to follow-up communication. Bad news.
