Yes, sir, I would agree that we are not a luxurious hotel. But we work extremely hard to provide a comfortable place for our guests. Our Housekeepers are top notch, our breakfast is hot and available each morning and our Front Desk staff goes above and beyond to meet guests' needs. Our facility is 25 years old and we are constantly doing upgrades. We will never be able to compete with high star hotels, but our price does reflect that. We appreciate you staying with us. And we are thankful for each and every guest we meet.

The staff and property are great. Our room set up was unique and my grandchildren wanted to spend more than the one night we had allotted for our trip. Can't wait to stay again for our trip.

Lots of nice extra touches. Fresh baked cookies and warm popcorn in the lobby when you check in. Nice little gift store as very friendly and courteous staff.

This is a great hotel. Great beds, clean as a whistle and a pretty good breakfast selection too. Our lab was welcomed with open arms as well.

This is a very clean hotel. When we checked in, it still had it's whimsical Christmas decor up. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, it was an Elvis room. Not a cookie cutter room at all. I will be back.

Walls are paper thin and could hear what was going on in the next room so did not get much sleep! Faucet was loose in the shower so could only get cool/luke warm water.

The area was away from traffic and yet close to an interstate interchange. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated for the season.

Those who stay here need to be aware that this is an older motel that has become part of the Patti's Porch enterprise. They have done a good job of redecorating it and bringing it up to date within the limits of what they could do with an older motel. The rooms are small, and the entrance is not on ground level, although there is a long ramp from the parking lot. We stayed there because it was a convenient place to stop while on vacation and we wanted to eat at Patti's porch. Would we stay there again? I don't know, We might if we wanted to stop over night near Patti's porch.

Thank you for your review. Our single queen rooms are small. You can always choose a larger room if you need more space. Of course, we can't make a lot of structural changes, but we are doing our best to continually upgrade and change those things we can. We have a wonderful Housekeeping staff. They work very hard to keep things clean and accommodating for our guests. There is also parking around back and that entrance is on ground level for anyone needing it. I hope you'll come back and eat at Patti's Settlement and stay with us. Thank you for your review.

As Patti's is also owned by the local Patti's Restaurant, I envisioned that this hotel would be reflective of the quality of the restaurant. That is not what I found when I arrived. The hotel is apparently a previously owned Microtel which was renovated as Patti's. When entering my room, one of the first things that I noticed is that the lighting was very limited in the room. There was only a small desk lamp on the bedside table and one can light over the desk. It was hard to see anything in the room at night. The toilet would continuously run unless you wiggled the handle. The outlet between the beds was literally hanging off the electrical wire in the wall. With the owner being a restaurant owner, I envisioned a nice continental breakfast. That was not the case! It was very minimal with frozen biscuits that were not completely cooked. One of the worst locations I have stayed in quite some time. Very disappointing accommodations for the price.

Read the reviews of Patti's and decided to stay there. Person at check in was very friendly and accommodating. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised that it was decorated with a Beatles motif. Thought that was really cool. Room was clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate staying here again.

The hotel was converted from a previous chain's property; my guess was that it was a Courtyard by Hyatt. It shows its age in the general layout and amenities that it has. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and accommodating with what requests we had. The breakfast offered was minimal but adequate. The main issue we had was we expected the property to be close to the Patti's Settlement and Patti's Restaurant; it is several miles away from it. The Patti's settlement web site really implies that this property is nearby. We expected to walk to dinner at Patti's, but there is nothing whatsoever close to the hotel. To their credit, the hotel staff offered to have a van from the restaurant pick us up at the hotel (they seemed to have heard this complaint before). We did not use this service and drove instead - dinner disappointment is another review for another site. It's nice enough as a overnight stop along the interstate, but this isn't a destination hotel.

Our room was small but what we needed for a quick sleep. There were a lot of dead flies near the window, and some flying in the room, but that could be the time of the year. The staff was very friendly and the Christmas decorations were gorgeous.

Beautiful and home feeling to the hotel. They had popcorn during the day and into the evening, coffee the same Actual quilts on the bed instead of the standard hotel bedspread. Just a beautiful place to stay. The only negative I could say is you could hear the highway traffic but it was not that distracting.

Ok for one night
Bed was supposed to be a Queen, seemed more like a Double. Definitely needed a new mattress but it was ok for one night. Hotel was clean, no road noise or hallway noise. Didnt eat the breakfasts so cant comment on that, but front desk staff were very friendly.

Our Queen mattresses are "hotel queen" which, I agree, does seem smaller. We are in the process of replacing mattresses in all our rooms. We are currently halfway finished...I apologize that you received a room which hasn't been completed yet. Those are being replaced due to guests comments, so I am thankful you let us know where we need to improve. I appreciate your comments toward our staff. I think they are the "best".
