"I really enjoyed the night I spent here; I definitely would stay again! The place was clean and cozy with the most amazing views. Michelle (the host) was kind and responsive. It's also a short drive to Waihi Beach for food and fun activities.Just 2 things to keep in mind (not a critique!): (1) the driveway is gravel and steep but easy to navigate and (2) the kitchenette is small so check specific amenities ahead of time."

"This was an excellent place to stay. We were given a warm welcome by the host and several dogs! The tiny house was in a paddock with sheep, a horse and chickens but was so peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and, although compact, it had everything we needed including some breakfast items. We enjoyed listening to the birds and loved it so much that we wished we had been staying longer. If you want a peaceful retreat, this is the place to go."

The balcony, lounge and upstairs bedroom all provided uninterrupted views of the gorgeous landscape and ocean. You are not overlooked and very private. It was spotlessly clean and Alby the owner is so friendly and welcoming and there if you need him. We only booked 2 nights due to travelling round New Zealand but so wish we had stayed longer. We could not recommend this place higher and would give 10 stars if we could."
