They have done a great job at creating a useful, quiet and lovely space with an old building. It was walkable to pretty much anything you needed. And the view was spectacular!

Check in was seamless. Staff wete pleasant. Room had broken safety lock, toilet than ran over once and baely hot water. We notified desk of lock but maintenance was hone for day. I temporarily fixed with key as a screwdriver.

Horrible is not enough to describe the hotel setting and the manager's attitude. Sink is clogged;no power on microwave, refrigerator and TV. It caused us about 2 hours to fix all these issues. Not even one word to apologize instead of calling my husband " nasty" while my husband was taking photos on sink, microwave ,TV. She said we are the only guests using microwave and refrigerator, she even threatened us she's going to call police because she thought we were take photos on her. All the cups, coffee pods dropped on floor when she was fixing the power cords. She just put the cups and pods back to the table from the dirty carpet. We decided to check out about 2130. Because we feel we have been humiliated,and don't know if probably the next problem will be. When we checked out ,the front desk girl said their computer system is down, she was not able to process the cancellation.She said we don't need to do anything, we can leave. Another front desk man said"m manager don't want to talk you anymore, or she is gonna call police.(For what???) 2000 night time,we hadn't had our dinner yet due to no power microwave issues started. We ended going to cross street Best Western @2000. I request to get full amount refund and the worst review . I would like to report to the Quality director about this night time manager's mis -handling the situation . I haven'mentioned how they used the plunger tried to unclogg the sink, I had to use sanitizer wipe and clean ,

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Tub faucet handles rusting. Thermostat in heater malfunctioning, when heat is on does not shut off at set temp.

After I took shower and came out, I felt something sticky below my foot and noticed that the bathroom has not been cleaned for several years. There has been mould built up between the tiles in the bathroom and toward the back of commode. Not sure how to share the image on this app.

Bed was very hard. Water in tub would not shut off ran all night, and they know it is doing this. Floor was dirty, was supposed to have view of lake, had view of parking lot. First person we engaged with was pretty much, no. Second person, when we came back was much nicer. I get it, this is a low value chain, but when a basic television takes 15 minutes to finally turn on… come on.

Sink drain took forever to drain. Hot water was hit or miss and was told with the hotel being full .. the hot water was being drained. Was told to take a shower at an odd time lol. Only had two waffle makers for breakfast. White bread. First night there. No butter or jam. Great value milk and yogurt. That’s it. For the price i paid, i expected a little more. Won’t be staying at this location again.

Outside and the halls were run down and dirty. Our room however was nice and clean. Breakfast was a joke. Dry cereal or toast, but no butter or jelly for it, you can only eat it dry. And if you ask for anything they look at you like you are crazy. Decent for the low price. Bring your own food.

No elevator, no mention on web site. Stairs to 2nd floor were dirty and unsafe, handle rail had bolts that would catch your fingers going down. Several tiles were separated from wall in bathroom, drain on tub was inoperable. Obviously will not be returning! Breakfast was very limited, only cereal, juice, bananas and waffles.

Check in was great, staff very friendly. The lobby smells like fish. The Mexican restaurant on property is closed. There is a 1 1/2 inch gap under the door into the hallway. The water in the shower won’t turn off, keeps running. The water does not get hot, the toilet had poop streaks in it. The soap on the counter had been opened and used and other toiletries open and used. The bed was clean and had fresh sheets.

The hotel let us check without letting us know there would be no hot water. So no showers. There was just one staff person completely overwhelmed by broken hot pipes.. the breakfast was very scarce and the whole experience was awful. We paid full price for a very low quality stay. Stay away from this hotel!

The property is super outdated and does not look like the pictures. When we arrived the lobby wreaked of eggs and this continued up to our room. In the room we found stains on the comforter and towels. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

No hot water, dirty refrigerator, in the first room they gave me the bathroom light and phone were not working, refrigerator was dirty, the bathroom fan was exceedingly noisy, the tub faucet had a major leak, and no hot water. The young man who helped was the only staff who was courteous and helpful. The second room had no hot water, a used keurig in the coffee maker, they keyed my room to work on the room but not the building. I stayed 2 nights and they did not clean or restock my room. When asking about the hot water, their answer was to wait an hour and see if it was hot. It was 11pm. Not reasonable to ask me to wait until midnight. Even so I checked at midnight and 5:30 am. Water was never more than lukewarm in the tub and bathroom faucet

The pictures are far from reality! The whole building is extremely old, plumbing is bad and NO ELEVATOR so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. No water at the front desk, you’ll have to pay $2 per bottle of water. Breakfast area has very nice view from the window but the breakfast selection is poor, not refilled on time, some people had to come back twice to get lucky to get at least something for breakfast. Front desk staff were friendly and location was convenient to antelope canyon and horseshoe. However, I would recommend staying at different, newer and better taken care of hotel.

I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a night to stay with no expectations of decent room appliances or quietness. The breakfast served is NOT a hot breakfast. Just bread, coffee and juice. So for an overnight stay and convenient location, it is okay.

The expectations were not high but we were still disappointed. The only thing we wished for was that room would be clean. Sadly, it was not the case. The room seemed fine at first but the more you looked the worse it got. There were hair strands in the bed, the dust ruffle was stained with bodily fluids and there were crumbs on the floor. Asked for clean sheets, they didn’t have any. Changed rooms, the new room had clean sheets but there were boot marks in the bathtub and the bathroom overall could have used a good scrub. Quality Inn but this is not the quality you’re looking for.

This property is tired, the room we were in was outdated. The carpet was worn, the shower drained very slowly, the heater/air conditioner was wrapped in tape, the curtains were not attached to the rod in places. The bathroom shower was rusty and constantly had a drip. However, the bed was comfortable. The property description stated they had a restaurant on premise, however, that had closed some months prior. They should update their description. Breakfast was very limited. The dining room had a wonderful view, however it was only open for use during breakfast. I will never go back to this facility again and will think twice about other Quality Inn properties.

Beds weren’t great but not terrible. Tub faucet had a constant drip. Fridge wasn’t all that cold. Microwave was ancient and wouldn’t heat our food. Toilet refused to flush fully first try. Struggled to find a setting for the heater that it stayed a comfortable temperature rather than getting way too warm or way too cold with the giant glass door. Bathroom ceiling would condensate VERY fast from hot showers and would soak the entire bathroom floor. Dog area covered in goat heads that we had to keep pulling from our dog’s paws - annoying for $20 extra a night.

they claim to be wanting to go "green" and only refreshing towels etc. every 3 days-that is great!however,how about replacing your 1970's era toilet that flushes 20 gallons per flush and wasting water with something more efficient! they are not going green as their placards in the room say.."plush pillows" as they claim are best used for a childs bed or crib-bring your own.Also-if you request a handicap room-call them after reservation,they wont call you if not available,,,,,,you just get whatever they have.great price though on rooms
