Horrible is not enough to describe the hotel setting and the manager's attitude.
Sink is clogged;no power on microwave, refrigerator and TV.
It caused us about 2 hours to fix all these issues. Not even one word to apologize instead of calling my husband " nasty" while my husband was taking photos on sink, microwave ,TV. She said we are the only guests using microwave
and refrigerator, she even threatened us she's going to call police because she thought we were take photos on her.
All the cups, coffee pods dropped on floor when she was fixing the power cords. She just put the cups and pods back to the table from the dirty carpet.
We decided to check out about 2130. Because we feel we have been humiliated,and don't know if probably the next problem will be.
When we checked out ,the front desk girl said their computer system is down, she was not able to process the cancellation.She said we don't need to do anything, we can leave. Another front desk man said"m manager don't want to talk you anymore, or she is gonna call police.(For what???)
2000 night time,we hadn't had our dinner yet due to no power microwave issues started.
We ended going to cross street Best Western @2000.
I request to get full amount refund and the worst review . I would like to report to the Quality director about this night time manager's mis -handling the situation .
I haven'mentioned how they used the plunger tried to unclogg the sink, I had to use sanitizer wipe and clean ,
