Pros: price
Cons: breakfast was very limited
A very adequate, no frills hotel - older but clean, safe and quiet.

Decent basic hotel

Posted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: The price, we wanted an inexpensive hotel for an overnight stay.
Location: If the hot springs is your purpose for being in Pagosa Springs, you might want to consider something a little closer.
Nothing fancy, just your basic hotel good for an overnight stay.

Great price, clean and comfortable; nothing more.

My wife and I stayed here the night before checking into the Springs Resort. No major complaints except for the lack of a fridge, and the mattress was like a granite countertop. My title pretty much sums it up.

Pagosa Springs

Posted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: Convenient to family dining.
Cons: Upgrade mattresses, replace carpeting, install elevator.
Made reservation with chain where I had previous experience. Hotel was old and outdated. Mattress was uncomfortable. Insufficient amount of coffee available and undesirable breakfast items.

Economical place to stay. There is no elevator, so if you have any disabilities, make sure you reserve a ground floor room. The "Continental breakfast" is limited.

For the price a refrigerator and or microwave would have been nice.
