Taylor, we are sorry you had a bad stay at the hotel, however, with you being a local, we know that you know the employee you written about outside of this hotel interaction. Your reservation stated there were only 2 people, you had 7. That is over the amount of people allowed in a room with with two beds according to the fire code. After being addressed about this, you became hostile to the employees you encountered. You also cursed out the employee the following morning causing a scene at the front desk as well.
