Great location for the SpringsPosted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: Location and staff was great.
Cons: The rooms could be quieter.
Location: Excellent for access to the hot springs.
This was a great location to the hot springs and although it could have been better the price for the room was great. The only thing we didnt like was the noisy room. We could hear people above and beside us the whole time and not because they were being loud but because the rooms are not well insulated. The breakfast was fine and the room was clean and like I said if you want a good value that is a great location for the springs then this is a great hotel for that. Just dont expect quiet rooms.

Check in clerk made me feel like a criminal with her spiel about no smoking or pets. She certainly didn't make me feel welcome!

Not one of Quality Inn's better establishments!Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Location within 2 minute walk of hot springs
This Hotel is in desperate need of a thorough facelift. Room size was OK but furniture damaged, standard lamp didn't work and lighting dim. Bed comfortable but pillows old and no longer firm. Air Con unit very noisy. Booked room for 3 yet only towels and facecloths for 2. Breakfast poor with a small selection of foods available- had to find a hotel person to request fill up of empty coffee and supplies like sugar, milk and cereals. Outside entry/exit door by car park to first floor rooms keycard lock broken.

Good locationPosted Aug 27, 2015 on Hotels
We had a nice stay here. It's a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and it was relatively quiet for sleeping. The location is directly across from the hot springs so that was very convenient. We were told there would be music in the lounge and went there about 8:45pm and the band was packing up! I guess there wasn't enough people to merit them staying. It would have been nice to have had some music on a Friday night before 9pm.

Excellent location across from the Hot Springs.Posted Aug 23, 2015
The lighting was very bad. Very dark, difficult to see things. I ended up leaving my black cell phone charger, probably because I couldn't see it.

Old hotel with no elevator. People were nice. Ice machine was dead and they had to get ice from dining area. Building needs some maintenance but still a reasonable place.

Run down and old hotel.Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: The food was good in the restaurant.
Cons: Upgrade and renovate.
The hotel was evidently in the stages of being renovated. It was an old place, with old carpet and bedding etc. laying in the hallways.
