To my surprise, the unit was a lot more than expected. Extremely clean, great view with all the amenities including a washer and dryer.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was beyond attentive and friendly. Only concern was the walkway leading to the door - the concrete was very damaged and a tripping hazard. However, I would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Great option for families. We brought 3 children and skied at Wolf Creek. It was nice to be able to eat in the condo and save money. I would suggest preparing your meals before and just reheating as the cookware is minimal. We also enjoyed the pool and spa at the recreation center. Beautiful and peaceful views from the balcony. Would stay again!

Beautiful and up to date place. It was clean and easy to park and get to. Full kitchen and a rec center that you can use the pool and other stuff. There was a door that attaches to the other apartment and could hear the neighbors and I am sure they could hear us too. The Wi-Fi was not that great and it was not secure. Overall a wonderful stay! I would stay again!

Lovely place. However, the walls are so thin and I could hear the TV next door every time it was on. The people also tried to open the connecting door a couple of times so I did not feel completely at ease. Aside from that, everything else was great!

Our unit was just fine, with the basic time-share amenities. However it was NOT clean. When we arrived, the door was standing open, which was strange, making us wonder if they had not finished the job. The floor still had crumbs on it and looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a long time. The countertop still had coffee stains, crumbs, and hadn't even been washed. Just because you fluff up the Kleenex and emboss the toilet paper, it does not mean the place is clean. Missing those simple things makes you wonder about the rest of the "cleaning."

We love this resort! Staff is great, it is always clean and stocked with everything you need. My husband wants to stay here every time we are in Pagosa Springs because the beds are so comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay.

The price was reasonable for a condo. The unit I stayed in had been recently remodeled with quality items like granite countertops throughout. The water heater was effective, as was the furnace. The bed was comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet. Just be aware that I could hear every word the people said in the attached unit next door, so hopefully your neighbors will be as considerate as the ones I encountered.
