"What I expected because of the reviews wasn't what I got . The hotel needs a makeover for the price that I paid I'm very unhappy first the hallway leading to my room smelt like a homeless person's body without getting too graphic hot spots, when I finally got into my room the light bulbs needed to be changed everything was so damn I couldn't see the shower was half on and half off even though I turned it all the way on, meaning there was water coming from the shower head and the faucet and the water wouldn't go down and it's disgusting My bad was uncomfortable it squeaked and needed to be replaced with something sturdy The pillows were super flat to where I had to ask for more and they were even more flat I went into get some coffee It was in a little room on a little table and it is not accessible for somebody disabled that definitely needs to be changed The staff was cool but when I asked to extend my stay or change my room and they told me I had to call hotel.com to get the changes which made no sense It wasn't very accommodating so I want to stay there again probably not."

"Only took advantage of coffee and orange beverage-wise. Had order of sausage and biscuits. Gravy did not taste the best, biscuits were fine."

"The Mansion was lovely and full of character. The Railroad room, where we stayed was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities. "

"The staff was wonderful, I mean all of them were very nice. The breakfast was good and had variety. The room was nice, no carpet, pet friendly. but needs to be cleaned better and we were there 3 days and not once was the elevator mopped. no parking up front but they back doors wont let you in so that's inconvenient ."
