Very dated and not well maintained but nice pool

Cons - bathroom had mold on the ceiling and rust in the tub. - coffee maker was filled with mold and I went to the front desk to show them and ask for a new one. No apologies. They took it and never gave us a new one. So no coffee for two days. Luckily Starbucks is close. - dripping sound all night long coming from above us (bad plumbing) - worn out furniture - we were told manager would call us, we left our name and number, we never heard from her Pros - nice outdoor pool for little kids (half of it was 1.5 feet) - nice lobby - workout area

Staff was no help in assisting me with hotel amenities. When I called for room service they had to put check if the kitchen was open and call me back to describe what I had ordered becaus different than the menu. Disappointed at the over lack of service. Will not recommend this hotel.

Needs serious updating throughout hotel to live up to its name. Clean bathroom and bedroom and excellent for the price on Expedia. I'd never pay full price to stay here.

Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping during our stay. I called to notify the front desk. They were very apologetic and kind. She told me someone would connect with me in the morning. No one did. Upon checkout I told the front desk. She was completely rude and not interested in hearing what I had to say. Poor customer service She also refused me a receipt bc I booked through Expedia, even though they ran my credit card upon arrival.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I do apologize for not receiving housekeeping during a night of your stay and will be speaking with the Executive Housekeeping Manager. In regards to the receipt for your stay room and tax is indeed taken care of and directly billed with Expedia, I do apologize but any room and tax portion of the guest stay is forwarded to Expedia and they will usually email guest copies of their receipt. However if you had incidentals charged to your guest room that receipt should have been provided upon check out. Thank you for your feedback and hope you have a great day!`

Good value, good location

This is near some family we were visiting, so the location is perfect. The lobby area seems new, but the room we where we stayed was pretty dated. It was clean and quiet, though. I'd give the pillows a C. The shower was hot. We had a coffee maker. The rate here was much better than other nearby places, and I can probably see why, but it was fine for our needs. I'd give it a B-, and would recommend WITH THE UNDERSTANDING that it's definitely in need of an update.

Decent hotel for a good price

Pros: Nice location, attractive lobby area
Cons: The fitness center equipment needs serious updating/repair; front desk staff needs to address guests as they go by; lounge staff need to be monitored
Location: Well, there is a metropark nearby, but you will have to find out about that on your own! The town of Chardon is nice, and is only a few miles away.
It was easy to get a reservation, and the price was right. We arrived in the evening, and check in was quick. The room was clean, comfortable. Staff needs some training --- we were looking for a park to go running, but the front desk staff was unable to guide us to a local park. Yet the next morning we saw a directional sign for the local metroparks just across from the hotel driveway! I remember when Quail Hollow was an upscale resort. It has since lost some of that feeling, needs some attention.

Nice place to spend a night after a lond drive.

After a 7 hour drive I was happy to check in and take a break. The hotel is dated but the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.

Quiet, restful, comfortable

Pros: Quiet, comfortable bed, lots of hot water for the shower
Cons: Put microwave in the room
Location: Fairly easy access off I-90. Didn't check out the local area since I was just traveling through.
My second stay here, a quick stop in the middle of a long car trip. My king bed accessible room was comfortable, though I'm not convinced a wheelchair could move around in it easily. Very quiet; never did hear my neighbors. The lounge has decent food and the bartender was friendly and helpful. Two small refrigerators in the room, but no microwave, which seemed like an odd thing. I'd suggest getting rid of one refrigerator and adding a microwave.
