Rooms showing signs of wear and tear but comfortable, functional and clean. Exceptionally good staff, especially the chamber cleaning staff. Food is excellent and, in this case, I would recommend the 'all inclusive' deal without hesitation. The important thing here though is more the beach/lagoon ...
It's a fantastic hotel. You can go straihgt to the beach. Lovely staff, very nice atmosphere. Totally family friendly. Full of attractions everyday. We had an amazing holoday with the star! Thanks
Pleasant hotel with good features. This hotel primarily caters for AI guests and HB guests are not catered for and need to wait for service.
Not expensive so didn’t expect the Ritz however the hotel had a nice feel with very friendly staff and was well looked after. Only complaint would be the temperature of the food which ranged from like warm to cold unless you got it fresh as it came if the grill if from the kitchen. There were several ...
Location great. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of spaces at pool and no drama to get a lounger at any time of the day. Buffet meals lovely and again plenty tables. Most guests were German and I think I was the only Brit but was made to feel so welcome by guests and staff alike.
The Palm Garden Apartment in which we stayed in June 17 in was comfortable and spacious with a sea-view balcony. Although the facilities are fairly basic, they are entirely adequate. It is situated on a busy road, but noise was not much of a problem. There is no air conditioning. The rooms and the ...
The hotel staff were amazing, I arrived after a very distressing journey and the lady (ginger) on reception greeted me by first name and saw I needed looking after ❗️ The hotel itself is just about to have a facelift so there wasn't many guests and that made it quiet , luckily I needed that anyway ...
My wife & I went to Hotel Faro Jandia, Fuerteventura, for 4 nights in mid-December. The hotel location, décor, facilities and service were, overall, excellent. The staff were pleasant & helpful and most multi-lingual – a boon for those with minimal Spanish! The (elderly German-dominated) ambience ...
No kettle in room. Needed a 20 euro deposit to hire one. Not clear before travel and not clear that is what one has to do. No offer to take said kettle to room to room. No cups for teas or coffee in room; 'borrowed' 2 x cups each day from restaurant. No power outlets by bed for cpap [apnoea machine] ...
Good rooms and facilities, air conditioning and pools. Sunbeds are all in poor condition and need replacing. Quality and preparation of food was generally good but wine and alcoholic drinks quality was very poor (the worst we have experienced in 4* Fuerteventura hotels). If you are a drinker, or ...
First time on Fuerteventura and got lucky with the location and choice of hotel. Slightly away from the centre of Morro Jable, a well presented hotel, with several swimming pools, and a short walk to a long, sandy beach. Perfect for a totally relaxing break and a bit of winter sunshine.
The hotel has two parts the royal level is adults only and is separated from the main part of the hotel it has its own restaurants and bars which are great. We loved it and would recommend to anyone, the area has one of the best beachs on the island and the sea view room which we stayed in was ...
Really enjoyed our stay at the Fuerteventura Princess. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
