“1. Staffs are not professionally dress nor presentable to quest. Can't even speak English. 2. The food and room service needed much improvement. Even though the service is not upto the point I tip them generously. 3. No hot water at all in the shower. It was difficult to shower early morning to catch the early morning flight 4. Drop-off to Guwahati Airport ONLY 400 meters cost Rs. 350.00. It is expensive, but I generously tips both the loader and the driver. 5. The cost of breakfast was high……
