The only issue I have with this hotel is that I needed to sleep until noon, which was checkout time. housekeepers were very loud in the hallways. They were moving furniture and vacuuming in the room next-door to mine. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. Perhaps they should have started cleaning rooms farther away from mine?

Centrally located, safe underground parking and out of the sun. The hotel was very presentable, reception staff very helpful and friendly, and restaurant staff at breakfast were very smiley and made you feel very welcome.

Location off the motorway was not too far. Safe underground car parking was good. Hotel itself was first class. Room was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and selection of food was bountiful, the staff were so helpful with getting coffee etc. very very friendly, always smiling. Looking forward to our return stay.

Convenient for motorway, but difficult to find.
Very difficult to find on a modern British Sat-Nav. hould have been straightforward, as the easy departure route back to the convenient motorway proved.

Modern hotel
Just on the edge of the town. Close to shopping centre and supermarket. Nice room, quite spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent WiFi.

The room was absolutely fine, walls a bit thin so you could hear activity in the room next door. Parking in the secure underground car Park was very tight on entry and we were not told they charge. Finally, the restaurant is not open on Saturdays.

Overnight stop when driving to Portugal.
Great hotel we stopped overnight between Santander and Portugal. Ideal location, easy to find, very comfortable. Good breakfast. Would go again.

Stayed at a larger AC hotel the previous night in Seville. The Format was exactly the same and it was a good experience, clean ,comfortable modern hotel with ample, secure, under ground parking for 9.50 euros extra. A ten minute walk to the very pretty Town centre. Only one negative asked for a glass of white wine at 9.30pm at the bar, the receptionist was doubling as the Bar Person, didn't have keys for the stockroom and they had run out of wine!!.Spain running out of wine that's a first!!

A delight. Easy in easy out a fab hotel for the travelling public. I chose this morning ne as my usual hotel closed, ( I won't be going back), it's out of town but a plaza about 200 mtres away. Clost to town that really needs a bit. I will definitely use this hole a lot, so convient for Santander and an easy stop for late arrivals, I would want more than 1 .night at a time

Excellent hotel, approximately 10 mins walk from the old town. The receptionist was very helpful pointing out the best places to visit and where to eat. Unfortunately it was rather difficult to find a nice restaurant and so we ended up eating tapas in a small bar, which turned out to be an excellent experience.

Excellent Stopover
We often stay here on our way to and from the Algarve. It is very good for us as we can have our labrador stay in the room with us at no extra cost. The staff are very welcoming and the fact that we have stayed at the hotel on at least six occasions speaks for itself.

The hotel was easy to locate with parking available on the street as well as in hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. room comfy, well equipped with lovely bathroom. We shall use it again if we make the same trip.

Palencia AC
The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They have local maps, spoke english and gave reliable advice. Parking is limited however the hotel is on the outskirts of town and parking on the street/nearby is available. It's about 1.7/2km to town centre about a 25mins walk - either a road bridge (with footpath) or an underpass (well used by locals) to cross a railway both of which were safe to walk including returning from dinner.

We cannot understand why this is a four star hotel and almost twice as expensive as other hotels in this city. A two or three star maybe. It is located on the outskirts of town at a busy junction next to a petrol station and wasteland. The whole place smells of stale cigarette smoke. Our "non smoking " room was so called due to the absence of an ashtray . We purchased an airfreshner from the convenient supermarket across the road.The bathboom was dirty. The walls are paper thin so we had to endure the television from the next room all night. At 1am the night staff asked it to be turned off. It was back on at 3am. When we checked out the staff were not sympathetic. When we said that we wanted to make a compaint they presented us with the official Castilla Y Leon tourism board forms to fill in. We await their response.

It was really nice
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull, the rooms clean, very modern and very new, the only thing that it does not have airconditioning in the rooms, so when we arrived it was still hot but because it was November they said that the AC was already off.

No está tan bien ubicado , son unos 15 minutos a pie del centro y está en una especie de polígono al lado de una gasolinera . Los alrededores son bastante feos la verdad . La mayor pega que le veo es que la cama es muy pequeña para dos y una tele que es para verla con prismáticos .Como cosa buena , aceptan a mascotas y el baño está increíble .
