"Palo Santo is everything a boutique hotel should be and after years of being disappointed by boutique hotels and going back to big names, I’m so glad I tried Palo Santo. I even extended my stay because I enjoyed myself so much. A few things to note: the hotel is very clean and the housekeeping staff really pays attention to details. I am paranoid about bugs of any kind and check mattress seams etc and Palo Santo was impeccable! I even checked under the bed (like I said, I have very high standards) and it was spotless. Cannot say enough good things about this. The rooms are big and the balcony is great. I got a deluxe room and got room 43 which faced the courtyard (rooms ending in 4 and 3 seems to face the courtyard) so it was very quiet. I can’t speak to the street facing rooms but considering it’s a small street, I suspect the noise level should be fine. Breakfast was good. Selection is small but it’s a boutique hotel so that’s to be expected. Omelette was great, fruits were delicious and the service was great. Reception staff went above and beyond. You can text them with questions, they will give you personalized suggestions and when you go in and out of the hotel you get greeted by name. It is everything a boutique hotel should be. Location is good! It’s a bit outside of the general hubbub of Palermo SoHo since the hotel is in Palermo Hollywood but still good. I did a lot of research when looking for my hotel and I’m so glad I went to Palo Santo. "

"Super happy with everything except the gym, pool, etc. This was really subpar but totally overshadowed by how the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly and the location is EXACTLY where you want to be in Buenos Aires. Loved having a quality breakfast experience each morning to get my day started right. "

"Property is located on the corner in a lower class neighborhood. It's easy to miss, as the sign is very small. The lobby is small, but easy to use. There are two elevators. Check in is quick and easy, and the staff spoke some English. They ordered a taxi for us, for our early trip and it was right on time. The rooms seem normal. We had a group of 4, with 3* rooms total. We paid for all of the same style of room. One of our group got a large room, with a couch and significantly more space, but no patio. Our room on the 9th floor had a patio. No real view to speak of, but nice to sit outside. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and feature a flat screen tv. Bathrooms are tiny, and feature a bidet if that interests you. Our shower had nice pressure and hot water was consistent. Room features a small sink outside of the bathroom and a mini fridge. Air conditioner worked amazing. We got cold at night. Lots of outlets, but no USB outlets. "

"Hotel and room was great. Breakfast delicious only thing was we did try and use the airport shuttle service sent 3 different messages to hotel but never heard back. We got no acknowledgment at all. However there is an easy taxi service available at airport pre paid to the city. "
