The room was large and comfortable. The main drawback was that it was a bit stuffy because it only had a window to an interior courtyard which we could not open due concerns for privacy. The light fixtures were annoying as not all switches worked. Bed was good and room was quiet. Good breakfast.

This hotel is very nice and is in an excellent location. It is on the main street and close to the pier and old town attractions like the cathedral. There are a ton of great restaurants nearby as well.

This is an older building so expect a small bathroom where they've fitted en suites later, and some noise as people move about on the tiled or marble floors. It's in the city so some traffic noise but not too bad. Lovely quirky interested characterful rooms. Great breakfast. Good locationand very ...
Could have used a second comfortable chair. Towel mix not ideal. No terry hand towels and bath towels thin. Loved the towel warming rack. Great for drying hand washed laundry.

The B&B is very central and is filled with local charm. The staircase it steep and there is no lift, but the rooms are cosy and the whole B&B feels more like a large home than a business. The staff are very welcoming.

Great location in town, steps to cathedral, shopping and restaurants. For parking we were directed to a lot 15 min walk away. For few hours the pedestrian area is open for cars hardly according thousands of shoppers in narrow streets that barely fit a car.
Superb stay. Comfy room. Very clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Nice simple breakfast. Highly recommend this B & B. Would definitely return.
Beautiful and comfortable B&B, with a wonderful staff.
We stayed at Palazzo Gallo twice during our trip to Sicily. The units are very spacious, comfortable, and nice mini apartments. We had a car and took advantage of the paid parking given the difficultly of finding street parking in Palermo. A previous client had smoked in our room, and the hotel immediately ...
Had a great stay here. We were upgraded to a family room upon check in for being a VIP Expedia hotel. Our family suite was 3 rooms and very comfortable. Easy to relax after a day of site seeing. The hotel was in the perfect location to tour all the sights. The Hop on Hop off bus is just around the ...

We had an excellent time at Residenzia D'Aragona in Palermo. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel is on a quiet side street, a hundred feet from Via Roma, one of the main thoroughfares of Palermo but there was ...
The manger Vicenzo allowed us to detain him for an hour as we tried to print boarding passes.
I enjoyed my stay here. Taxi from the airport knew exactly where it was. Hotel was right off the main street and I appreciated that because I could easily leave to get lunch and dinner and easily walk to where my tours started from. Hotel was comfortable and breakfast looked good (unfortunately I ...
