Great Memories

My experience in this hotel was great! Excellent location, modern and pleasant decoration and amazing food. Would reserve in another location of this same chain in a blink.

Stay was great as long as you don't expect to find air conditioning that is the same as US or to find ice in most of Europe . We knew ahead of time so our stay and accommodations were wonderful . Staff was helpful and breakfast was AMAZING!!! All food in Palermo is outstanding.

Perfect location in the center of the city. Wonderful breakfast. Spotĺess modern room. Will definitely return.

Central location

The room overall was spacious, but the air conditioning at times not cold enough. Quiet street and plenty restaurants around. About a 15 minutes walk to historical centre. WiFi was average to terrible, most of the time did not work.

Palermo - don't need to go

Had army truck outside hotel 24/7. AC could never be regulated. Hotel breakfast pasties and cakes never refilled. Nice room and shower but area & Palermo not what we expected.

Well located

This hotel reflects being in Palermo...a bit awkward and scruffy. The staff is always kind. The breakfast is only okay...coffee comes from a self serve machine.

Adecuate

First room was assigned did not have air condition, TV was not working, a fan they brought did not work, did not have a safe deposit box, front desk staff was not helpfully. After several complaints and threatening to sleep in the lobby, they changed us to a satisfactory room.
