We stayed 6 nights at Quintocanto, a wonderful hotel located in the midst of the tourist area in Palermo. Most of the main attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and always responded promptly to our needs. The hotel has the added convenience of an excellent restaurant, ...
We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at hotel porta felice. Our room was spacious, clean and modern. We made use of the spa facilities which were lovely and the bar terrace was perfect for an evening drink. The hotel is in a quiet area near the port - some nice bars and restaurants are within a couple ...
Our room was fine and the staff always very friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to use my limited italian which doesnt happen in other parts of Italy. However they make a point of not using garlic or salt in their food so although breakfasts were fine dinner was poor - absolutely tasteless. ...
Overall we had a great stay. Arrival and checkin went very smooth with a nice hor cappuccino. We got a ton a helpful info from Luigi upon checkin regarding places to see, restaurants to eat at and the best times to do so. The hotel was clean and secure with garaged parking for an extra 15 euro a ...
We stayed for a week at the Florio Park hotel. The hotel staff were very nice, the girls at the reception spoke English very well, some of them also spoke french (as did the waiting staff in the dining hall). We opted for breakfast in the morning which had a great selection( fresh fruit, pastries, ...
Hotel was very nice only complaint was the hard beds I mean rock hard.. but really liked hotel - the bar and restaurant was not great . but in all would recommend this hotel and give 5 stars - also lot of good restaurants around the hotel
Near the port and in awalking distance to the opera and a shopping area but far from the old city. The mattress in our room was too hard. At the day of our visit the elevator did not work and the hotel has only one elevator
Lovely small hotel in centre of Palermo. Hotel staff fabulous. Very helpful and friendly. Would go back again if we have the chance. Lots to do and places to visit nearby.
I had a great experience with La Casa di Marzapane Bed and Breakfast. Simona was very kind and helpful for showing me places to eat and things to do while I was staying in Palermo. The breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable and well-decorated. I would definitely return!
Spacious room with pleasant outlook over Inglese park. Easy walking distance to centre of city. Excellent restaurants within 10-30 minutes walk. Staff were very helpful and spoke English well.
Claudio was a fantastic host and treated us well Enjoyed his conversation Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the Room was nice, clean, very good breakfast Nice area and great local resturants
Good hotel but needs to take account of:- 1) Foreign guests expect to find a kettle in the room 2) Hotel lift does not come down to lobby level, so hotel needs to provide a porter to take bags to and from the lift.
We stayed in the Grand Hotel Borsa on our first night in Sicily. We had a very nice room that was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a beautiful inner courtyard that is perfect for evening drinks or just relaxing. The restaurant was very good and offered Sicilian specialties. The hotel is centrally ...
Perfect location near to Statione Centrale, immediate access to everything so can walk to all main sights markets, cafes etc. Old school tall roomed building and made you feel as were "living" in the city rather than just being a tourist. Excellent security. Rooms overlook Via Roma but good sound ...
I stayed at Casa Vacanze Sant Anna with my husband and 5 year old son and would thoroughly recommend it. We arrived late in the evening after a long day travelling to find the owners were waiting for us and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is full of character and is in an old 17th century ...
