Hotel staff were all polite and charming, and conversant in several languages. Nothing was too much trouble they booked us taxis and restaurants, gave us good sight seeing suggestions and directions and allowed early check in and late departure. They could not have been more friendly and helpful ...
This was our first stop once we landed in Argentina. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was great and very accommodating. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport so we wouldn't have to worry about getting to the hotel. Breakfast was awesome. The location is perfect too. We walked ...
We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful in arranging the airport transfer, and other miscellaneous items. The courtyard at the back of the hotel is a great place to relax with a book, or enjoy the amazing breakfast buffet they have available (complimentary). Highly ...
The hotel was quite good and the staff were very accomodating. The room was small but very clean and well appointed. There are many restaurants within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I stayed at Palermitano for about a week. It's well located, relatively close to metro and in a lively neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. The rooms are big but quite dated. I am sure it was a lovely boutique hotel 10 years ago - today it's just dated with old and dirty-ish furniture and broken ...
This is a small hotel that is very well located. I thought my room was very comfortable and nicely renovated. There's not a lot of natural light as the rooms open onto the mezzanine due to the type of building it is but that didn't bother me. Breakfast was pretty good and they will make you a coffee ...
We stayed for 11 days in September, in one of the Color Botanico's bigger apartments. We enjoyed the spacious light apartment with balconies and glass doors along the full length of the room. Although this is situated in a busy street during the day, the area is mostly apartments and the traffic ...
The room is very nice and clean. More disappointing was the Hotel staff: poor English skills and not very helpful - also when you spaek Spanish. Apart from that is the Hotel very centrally located (among the Hotel there are many nice bars and Restaurants) and the room is nice.
The hotel was close to AEP - Jorge Newbery airport - and suitable for our few hours transit stopover. Didn't get to explore the surrounding area but seemed very central and close to many cafes and restaurants.
Great location. Small hotel, very well appointed. Breakfast included, and it's very good. WiFi is not the best, nor TV channels, but then again you don't come to Buenos Aires to watch TV Staff is attentive, and helpful.
Good location close to cafes , restaurants and chic shops. Walking distance to outlet mall. Uber made getting around to other places cheap. $85 pesos ($7 NZD approx) to get to Recoletta. Downfalls are: roof top pool needs some outsoor sun umbrellas as there is no shade available and the sun just ...
I had a great time staying at the Pollock, the location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room that I booked wasn't available so no patio like it was shown in the picture, however I managed to get a room with a balcony by paying a small upgrade fee.
I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Perfect for a two-night stay. Close to my business meeting and also all touristy spots. Defo recommend to anyone even for a longer stay.
We checked in late and staff was very friendly and on the ball. Our room was super clean and we felt like we were secluded by the beautiful plants. Lots of ivy. Retro and modern furniture.
It is a perfect place to go with friends. Located in the best nightlife area but around the hotel is very quiet. Not noisy to sleep.
Good for business trips and short stays. I wouldn’t recommend it for family vacations unless you are local. Hotel is really old and in my opinion it needs an urgent restoration.
Traveling as a couple and spent one week in Buenos Aires in the Palermo Viejo neighborhood based on a trusted friend's suggestion. We were looking for original, yet clean, comfortable, and well-located lodging. We wanted to stay away from the city center and typical corporate hotel experiences. Rugantino ...
