WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My wife got sick from the smell of this room, so we checked out a day early. The hotel said no problem, but when I look at the credit (82.58 + tax) they gave me vs what you said the room would cost for 9/29 (109.49 +tax) there is a big difference? STILL NO ANSWER FROM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I'm so glad I was able to speak to you yesterday about the billing issue and was able to explain why you saw two different amounts.I have also addressed the housekeeping issue with our executive housekeeper . The room and hallway had a terrible smell. Combination of mildew, staleness, and another undescribable odor. Complained to the front desk, and was told they cleaned the room. When my family came to pick me up they noticed the smell right away. Will not stay here again, ever.

Nice hotel and very reasonable price.

Pros: Nice room and the cookies were great.
Cons: Don't put people around or under ice machines.
Location: Very easy access to beach areas.
The hotel was very nice and the warm cookies in the evening were perfect. The only trouble we had was it seems that our room was below the ice machine and the noise was terrible during the night as it made ice. They moved us after a couple days and that was much better.

Overcharged and underimpressed

We were charged an extra day and the staff acted like it happens all the time! The room was less than comfy and the people next door were loud. The A/C unit from above us dropped water on our window all night, every night. It just didn't live up to our expectations. The only positive I have is that breakfast was good.

All staff friendly helpful smile. Clean rooms excellent housekeeping food just like moms cookin front desk guy was awesome pool was like the fountain of youth. Maintenance man very friendly

Pros: Everything
Cons: The cups, hot cups have a rim, makes it difficult to drink from!
Location: We were house hunting and felt like we were at home!
The staff at this hotel were marvelous! So accommodating! Soooo friendly! Helpful and professional Can't say enough good things about this staff! We recommend them all for the staff of the month. Everyone was just Wonderful!

Pros: breakfast
Cons: clean up this hotel and put a liner in the shower
smelly stained up room hot ac not working and said they fixed it and did not very noisy hotel very un happy event I will never stay there again
