Beautiful hotel right on beach

The staff were very friendly all throughout our stay...it was my husband and I and we weee on our honeymoon...drinks at bar were delicious and not too pricey...food tasted amazing and rooms were spotless with great room service...I have no negative comments about here

Decent price for what you get.

Only thing that I wasn't too impressed with was the restaurant at dinner time. The selection of foods was very basic. Should have a little more variety.

Beach resort

It is an older hotel with updated rooms. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The room smelled like mildew. It was a big room. The food is good and the restaurant staff were very nice.

We stood there for 8 days and from beginning to end was amazing and I really enjoyed myself

Very friendly staff and great customer service. For the first time in a while I experienced a great customer service where they went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. We had an incident with one of the servers at the restaurant but after letting the manager know, the manager and the front desk staff were very apologetic. The front desk staff, especially Shannon and Natalia were amazingly friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the first night our room was next to Ice machine and that thing was super loud and we could also hear our next door neighbors since walls were so thin. We changed our room and everything was fine after that night.

Great bang for your buck

This was our second stay at this location. We love the fact that the beach is seconds from our room. Pool area well maintained. Hot tub was working this time. Nice excercise room. Only complaint is the food quality, but there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes drive. Staff is awesome. They will do whatever it takes to meet your needs quick and efficiently! Definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Nice Ocean Front Hotel Experience

Cons: Better description of the balcony.
Location: Shopping and grocery store was close by.
Overall we have a positive stay at the Hilton Singer Island Hotel. The partial ocean front view was great. However the balcony was only big enough to stand on. The restaurant food was good and the prices were affordable. Access to the beach was excellent.

Nice beach

Cons: Let the patrons knows way a head of time about extras for parking and also the additional $25. per night fees. Never paid for parking .
Wish staffers let the patrons knows way ahead about the additional fees eg parking and additional $25.00 per night hotel. I booked through Expedia and it me about three hours to get everything finalized and then the guy talk about the additional $25.00. Also parking another $8.00. Also no complimentary breakfast, I have stayed at the Marriot and Holiday Inn and especially Holiday Inn there is always hot breakfast/water with lemon throughtout the day.
