Convenient beach made things enjoyable.

Pros: Mostly everything.
Cons: When patron asks for shampoo dispenser to be replaced not once but many times told staff and was assured it would be fixed. But never was.
Location: Every close to everything
Va k was very wonderful. Best beach. I would've back. Great time.

Above average hotel for an All Inclusive!!

Staff was fantastic!! Above average food for an All Inclusive!! Pool was extremely clean and water was crystal clear everyday!! Beach was amazing, overall truly an amazing vacation!!

Great Location, Beach, shopping, nightlife!

Pros: The hotel is well kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is walking distant to shopping and other hotels and restaurants, casinos.
Cons: Hotel needs to have a beach bar offered to everyone, not just the Royal Club members! Poolside lounge chairs need to be replaced with sturdy ones.

Third time back, and we enjoyed our Vacation. Great Staff very friendly and attentive to you. Hotel very clean. We enjoyed all the restaurants, especially the Arubian Seafood. Pasan Lee and Jeanive were very welcoming and gave us excellent service. The beach area is so beautiful , plenty of lounge chairs. Plenty of waters activities to do and excursions.

Besides money being stolen from room, staff with attitudes & the food sucking. It was very disappointing.

The hotel is very clean, staff and cab drivers were super friendly and courteous. Any thing I requested to make my stay pleasant was sent up to my room within 5 mins. The swimming pool Barstools needs a little upgrade...it should be tiled barstools instead of rocks. The beach was pristine.

I would love to give it a great review, but can't

Pros: All inclusive dining was nice. Good drink selection.
Cons: The staff is horrible, unhelpful, and criminal. If something is left in a room, it should go to a lost and found, not go missing without an explantion
Location: Casinos, dining, and beach. It's noisy and busy, not at all a secluded resort. I would describe it as Vegas on the beech - but without the shows.
We stayed in the Royal Club level. Our problem started because the room was directly under the Royal Club restaurant and was a little noisy. We would hear chairs being pulled across the floor and people walking across the floor in high heels until very late at night. We asked to switch rooms after the first night, and we were able to - which was great. HOWEVER. When we swapped rooms, my wife left her travel bag in the bathroom of the old room. It contained her medicine, her eye contacts, and other expensive skin products. It was only a couple hours before we noticed that it was missing. So we went back to the Royal Club concierge and told them about the bag and they let us back into the room to retrieve it. However, the room had been cleaned and the bag was gone. Obviously someone from house keeping took the bag. And for the next 7 days we went to the Royal Club concierge asking about if they found our bag or had any idea what happened to it, but each time they gave us the run-around. Each day they said they were calling someone different to try to find out what happened to it. They never found it or even cared to update us. Every day we went up to talk about our stolen bag it was like a new experience. I'm not actually convince there was even anyone on the other end of the phone when they told us they were calling security and housekeeping managers. My guess is the unofficial policy is whatever is left in a vacant room is up for grabs and the staff covers for each other.

Boring hotel beautiful beach

During check in they tried to put on the second fl telling me that’s the room that I picked as if one can choose their floor number. If I pay for a pool and ocean view don’t put me on a floor that has neither. Then they tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor giving me a 5th floor room that smelled like urine and look ancient. They told me I had to wait until the next day to switch rooms although the hotel was literally empty. The entertainment team is absolutely horrible except for Jason, idk what this place would do without him. Aside from him the entertainment is bad, the music by the pool is horrible. The staff insists on playing the music that they like or really old ballads. They will only play hit music and jams when they want to get a crowd at the pool, that type of music should be on all day. People were literally asking to please change the music to no avail but they wouldn’t. Perhaps this is done on purpose so we won’t get too happy and drink too much and they save liquor OR they just cater to older people because there’s no way the music should be off by 5-6. There’s one aerobics class and one game, that’s all. The guys at the bar are nice but they will not give you good liquor if you don’t tip. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the food is excellent. I don’t know how they do it but every plate is delicious. The beach is beautiful but they share the same beach with better hotels. There’s no WiFi either! Don’t go there.
