Beach and pool was perfect

It was my first time there. It was very comfortable and so nice having the beach right there.

Great location on Palm Beach hotel strip

Convenient location on the strip. Easy walk to wherever you need to go on the strip. Beautiful hotel grounds with a true oasis feel. Front desk staff were great. However, as beautiful as this hotel was and great service, I still think it was severely overpriced for what you’re getting. Breakfast should be included in the price, at the very least.

A Must Stay!

Hotel was wonderful (restaurants, liquor and juice bars throughout gardens including the beach), singer at bar area, casino, service. (As a side commrentary, we would love to return and bring our two teenage daughters but suitable events would be needed to make it fun for them - such as a dance event that could be for all ages)

Wonderful Vacation

Pros: The Staff was wonderful!
Location: All the best restaurants were either a walk or short cab ride away!
This was my 5th trip to Aruba but my first time at The Hyatt. I will book it again for next year. It was exceptional I every way!

Never staying here again

Pretty hotel. Rooms are not that nice. Horrible customer service- did not make you feel like you were on vacation or one happy island. Everyone had an attitude and service was SO SLOW. Food was not good either. I would not recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing stay. The staff is outstanding and extremely helpful and friendly! Looking forward to a return trip soon. This hotel never dissapoints!!!
